Abstract

본 발명은 테이프레코더의 개선된 슬랜트 폴 어셈블리를 개시한다. 종래에는 가이드롤러 어셈블리가 몸체에 대해 나사결합되어 이를 죄거나 풀어 승강시킨 뒤 별도의 세트 스크류로 고정함으로써 높이를 조정하였는 바, 부품제작과 조립 및 조정작업이 매우 번거로운 문제가 있었다. 본 발명에서는 하부 플랜지를 관통하여 몸체에 결합되는 조정나사와, 하부 플랜지를 상방향으로 탄성바이어스시키는 스프링을 구비하여 조정나사를 죄거나 풀어주는 간단한 조작만으로 가이드롤러 어셈블리를 조립 및 조정할 수 있도록 하여 부품제작 및 조립 조정등을 단순하게 하였다.

Claims (3)

  1. 테이프의 주행을 안내하는 가이드롤러 어셈블리를 구비한 테이프레코더의 폴 베이스 어셈블리에 있어서, 가이드롤러 하부에 구성된 하부 플랜지에 높이조절용 조절나사이 삽입이 가능한 관통구멍을 형성하고, 폴 베이스의 지지보스에 지지축과 상기 조절나사가 결합되는 구멍을 형성하여 상기 조절나사의 조정에 의해 상기 가이드롤러의 높이를 조절함을 특징으로 하는 테이프레코더의 슬랜트 폴 어셈블리 구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구멍은 내측면에 나선을 형성하여 높이 조절이 가능하도록 한 테이프레코더의 슬랜트 폴 에셈블리 구조.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조절나사와 상기 지지축에 구비된 스프링에 의해 상기 지지보스와 결합하여 높이 조절이 가능토록 한 테이프레코더의 슬랜트 폴 어셈블리 구조.
