Abstract

전해시험기는 금속소재와 도막으로 된 시험체의 내식시험에 사용되는 것인데, 시힘중에 발생하는 염소가스에 의한 폐해를 억제할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
전해시험기는 시험체를 담그기 위하여 NaCl 수용액을 저류하는 전해조와, NaCl 수용액속에 담그어진 전극과. 그 전극 및 시험체 사이에 통전하는 직류전원과, NaCl 수용액의 전기분해에 따라 발생한 염소가스를 NaCl 수용액중에서 그 NaCl 수용액과 함께 포집하는 염소가스 처리장치를 구비하고 있다. 그 염소가스 처리장치는 처리관로와, 그 처리관로에 설치된 흡입펌프 및 염소가스 정화부재를 가진다.

Claims (4)

  1. 시험체를 담그기 위하여 NaCl 수용액을 계류하는 전해조와, NaCl 수용액속에 담그어진 전극과, 그 전극 및 상기 시험체 사이에 통전하는 직류전원을 가진 전해 시험기에 있어서, NaCl 수용액의 전기분해에 따라 상기 전극둘레에서 발생한 염소가스를 NaCl 수용액중에서 그 NaCl 수용액과 함께 포집하는 염소가스 처리장치를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해시험기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 염소가스 처리장치는 상기 전해조내의 전극침지역에 흡입구를 배치한 처리관로와, 그 처리관로에 배설된 흡입펌프와, 똑같이 상기 처리관로에 배설됨과 동시에 촉매를 가진 염소가스 정화부재를 구비하고, 상기 촉매는 시험에 의한 반응생성물인 NaC10 및 HClO를 분해하는 기능을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전해시험기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전해조에 그 전해조내의 시험체짐지역에서 생성된 NaOH를 전극침지역으로 유도하는 NaOH 도입장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 시험기.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 전해조에 그 전해조내의 시험체침지역에서 생성된 NaOH를 상기 전극침지역으로 유도하는 NaOH 도입장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해시험기.
