Abstract

본 발명은 엔진 배기다기관의 냉각장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 냉각수통로상을 흐르는 냉각수를 엔진의 배기다기관에 유동시켜 엔진의 작동시 발생하는 고온의 배기열로 인한 배기다기관의 열손상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 엔진 배기다기관의 냉각장치에 관한 것이다. 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 엔진배기다기괸의 냉각장치는, 냉각수통로상을 흐르는 냉각수를 이용하여 엔진의 배기다기관이 고온으로 상승하는 것을 방지하기 위한 엔진 배기다기관의 냉각장치에 있어서, 배기다기관(10)의 배기통로(12)를 통하여 유통되는 배기가스의 온도상태를 감지하기 위한 온도감지센서(16)와 ; 상기 온도감지센서(16)에서 감지된 신호가 입력되는 전자제어부(18)의 신호에 따라 구동되는 워터펌프(24)와; 상기 배기다기관(10)의 일측과 상기 라디에이터(32)를 연통하는 냉각수 유출통로(28)상에 설치되어 상기 전자제어부(18)의 신호에 따라 구동되는 워터펌프(24)와; 상기 배기다기관(10)의 타측과 상기 라디에이터(32)를 연통하는 냉각수유입통로(30)상에 설치되어 상기 전자제어부(18)의 신호에 따라 배기다기관(10)의 각 포트(11)의 외주전역에 마련된 냉각수통로(26)에 냉각수를 공급하는 솔레노이드밸브(36)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 냉각수통로상을 흐르는 냉각수를 이용하여 엔진의 배기다기관이 고온으로 상승하는 것을 방지하기 위한 엔진배기다기관의 냉각장치에 있어서, 배기다기관의 배기통로를 통하여 유통되는 배기가스의 온도상태를 감지하기 위한 온도감지센서와 ; 상기 온도감지센서에서 감지된 신호가 입력되는 전자제여부와; 상기 배기다기관의 일측과 라디에이터를 연동하는 냉각수 유출통로상에 설치되어 상기 전자제어부의 신호에 따라 구동되는 워터펌프와; 상기 배기다기관의 타측과 상기 라디에이터로 연통하는 냉각수 유입통로상에 설치되어 상기 전자제어부의 신호에 따라 개방되어 상기 배기다기관의 각 포트의 외주전역에 마련된 냉각수통로에 냉각수를 공급하는 솔레노이드밸브로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 배기다기관의 냉각장치.
