Abstract

본 발명은 통상의 폴리에스터수지와 황토분말을 서로 혼합시켜 합출방사공정과 컷팅공정을 거쳐 벌키성을 갖도록 하되, 특히 인체에 유익한 원적외선과 음이온을 방축되게 하여 건강증진에 이바지할 수 있게한 기능성 솜의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 인체에 유익한 원적외선과 음이온을 방출토록 함으로서 건강증진에 이바지 할수 있는 기능성 솜의 제조방법을 제공하는데 있다.
이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은 통상의 폴리에스터수지에 황토분말('일라이트'라고도 함)을 24(폴리에스터수지) : 1(황토분말) 정도의 비율로 혼합하여 통상의 압출방사공정과 컷팅공정을 거쳐 양호한 벌키성을 갖도록 하고 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 채취된 황토를 적정 함수율이 유지되게 야적하여 시효경과에 의해 자체 점도를 감소되게 한 후 분말화시켜 입자형태의 폴리에스터수지 96중량%에 황토분말 4중량%를 혼합하여 압출방사기의 홉퍼에 투입 서로 교반되게 한 후 방사구금을 통해 압출방사시켜 컷팅공정을 거쳐 벌키성을 갖도록 제조함을 특징으로 하는 기능성솜의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서의 황토분말은 규석(SiO2) 55∼70%, 알루미나(Al2O3) 25∼35%, 산화가리(K2O) 7%, 철(Fe2O3) 1.4% 성분을 갖는 '일라이트'임을 특징으로 하는 기능성 솜의 제조방법.
