Claims (14)
- 하기식의 화합물 및 농경학적으로 수용가능한 그 염 :A는 N 혹은 C-R5; R1및 R2는 R1과 R2중 최소 하나는 H가 되지 않도록 각각 독립적으로 H, (C1-C6)알킬, 할로(C1-C6)알킬, (C2-C6)알케닐 혹은 (C2-C6)알키닐이며 ; R3, R4및 R5는 R3, R4및 R5중 최소 하나는 -NR6R7이 되도록 H, 할로, 시아노, (C1-C6)알킬, 할로(C1-C6)알킬, (C2-C6)알케닐, (C2-C6)알키닐, (C1-C6)알콕시, 할로(C1-C6)알콕시, 니트로, 카르복시, -NR6R7, -CR8=NOR9, NHCOOR8, 혹은 CONR10R11로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 각각 독립적으로 선택되며 ; R6 및 R7는 각각 독립적으로 H, (C1-C6)알킬 혹은 (C1-C6)알킬카보닐이며 ; R8은 H, (C1-C6)알킬, (C2-C6)알케닐, (C2-C6)알키닐, (C1-C6)알킬카보닐(C1-C4)알킬이며 ; R9는 H, (C|1-C6)알킬, (C2-C6)알케닐, (C2-C6)알키닐 혹은 (C1-C4)알킬카보닐이며 ; R10및 R11은 각각 독립적으로 H, (C1-C6)알킬, (C2-C6)알케닐 혹은 (C2-C6)알키닐이며 ; X, Y 및 Z는 X, Y 및 Z중 최소 하나는 할로, 시아노, 티오시아노, 이소티오시아노 혹은 (C1-C6)알킬술포닐옥시가 되도록 각각 독립적으로 H, 할로, 시아노, 티오시아노, 이소티오시아노 혹은 (C1-C6)알킬술포닐옥시이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A는 C-R5임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R1및 R2는 (C1-C6)알킬임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 R1은 메틸 그리고 R2는 에틸임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 R3, R4및 R5중 최소 하나는 -NR6R7(단, R6및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 H 혹은 (C1-C6)알킬)이 되도록 각각 독립적으로 H, CH=NOCH3, (C1-C6)알킬, 할로, 니트로, 시아노 혹은 -NR6R7임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 R6및 R7은 각각 H 임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 X 및 Y는 각각 H이며 Z는 할로임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 A는 -CR5, R1은 메틸, R2는 에틸, R3및 R5는 각각 (C1-C6)알킬, 할로, CH=NOCH3혹은 니트로, R4는 NH2, X 및 Y는 각각 H 그리고 Z는 클로로임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A는 N, R1은 메틸, R2는 에틸, R3는 H, (C1-C|6)알킬, 할로, CH=NOCH3혹은 니트로, R4는 NH2혹은 CH=NOCH3; X 및 Y는 각각 H 그리고 Z는 클로로임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 농경학적으로 효과적인 캐리어 및 청구범위 제1항의 화합물을 살균유효양 포함하는 살균조성물.
- 식물의 잎, 식물의 종자 혹은 성장배지에 청구범위 제1항의 화합물을 살균유효양 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 식물성병원균 제어방법.
- 하기 화학식의 산염단, HA는 유기산 혹은 무기산이며 ; R1및 R2는 R1과 R2중 최소 하나는 H가 되지 않도록 각각 독립적으로 H, (C1-C6)알킬, 할로(C1-C6)알킬, (C|2-C6)알케닐 혹은 (C2-C6)알키닐이며 ; X, Y 및 Z는 X, Y 및 Z중 최소 하나는 할로, 시아노, 티오시아노, 이소티오시아노 혹은 (C1-C6)알킬술포닐옥시가 되도록 H, 할로, 시아노, 티오시아노, 이소티오시아노 혹은 (C1-C6)알킬술포닐옥시로 부터 각각 독립적으로 선택된다.
