Abstract

본 발명은 ZrB2의 소결성을 향상시켜 용융금속에 대한 내침석성과 내열충격성이 우수한 ZrB2계 세라믹스 소성재를 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 ZrB2: 65-93중량%, 탄소질 분말 : 5-20중량% 및 메조페이즈 핏치 : 2-15중량%로 이루어지는 내침식성과 내열충격성이 우수한 ZrB2소성재에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. ZrB2: 65-93중량%, 탄소질 분말 : 5-20중량% 및 메조페이즈 핏치 : 2-15중량%로 이루어진 내침식성과 내열충격성이 우수한 지르코니움 다이보라이드(ZrB2) 소성재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ZrB2는 순도 95%이상이며 입도 10㎛ 이하의 분말상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내침식성과 내열충격성이 우수한 지르코니움 다이보라이드 소성재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 분말은 탄소성분 99중량% 이상이고, 휘발분과 잔류회분의 합이 1중량%이하이고, 그 입도 30㎛ 이하인 흑연, 코크스의 단독 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내침식성과 내열충격성이 우수한 지르코니움 다이보라이드 소성재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메조페이즈 핏치가 연화점이 280℃이상이며 1000℃에서의 탄화수율이 70중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내침식성과 내열충격성이 우수한 지르코니움 다이보라이드 소성재.
