Abstract

본 발명은 4점식 시트벨트에 관한 것으로, 일반적으로 차량의 주행시 앞좌석에 탑승한 어른이나 어린이등이 만일에 있을지 모를 추돌사고로 인하여 관성력에 의해 몸이 앞으로 쏠릴때 3점식 시트벨트가 신체의 한쪽방향으로만 지탱하여 줌으로 인해 상기 탑승자가 어깨 탈골이나 몸이 앞으로 튕겨나가는 안전상의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여, 3점식 시트 벨트에 더하여 차량 내부의 필라(11) 하단부에 상단 지지부(15)와 같은 형상의 고리 구조물을 차체와 고정시켜 벨트(14)가 계속 연결되게 구비하고 상기 필라(11)의 반대측 시트벨트의 소정부위에 제2의 버클(20)을 설치하고 상기 벨트(14)에 제2의 텅(22)을 구비하여 상호 결합되게 구비함으로써 차량의 주행시 탑승자의 신체를 양방향으로 고른 힘으로 지탱하여 주어 만일에 있을지 모를 사고에 대한 탑승자의 안전을 보호할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량의 필라부(11) 하측에 구비된 리트랙터(12)에서 나오는 벨트(14)가 상기 필라(11)의 상단지지부(15)를 거쳐 하단의 벨트고정부(17)에 고정되고 상기 상단지지부(15)와 하단의 벨트고정부(17)의 사이에 구비된 텅(13)에 의해 상기 필라(11)의 반대측 차체에 구비된 버클1(16)과 결합되는 3점식 시트벨트에 있어서, 시트(10)의 상측부 일측에 설치된 버클2(20)와 상기 벨트(14)가 계속 이어져 지지될 수 있도록 상기 필라(11)의 하측에 구비된 하단연결부(21)와 상기 버클2(20)와 하단연결부(21)사이의 벨트 선단에 구비된 텅2(22)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 4점식 시트벨트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하단연결부(21)는 상단 지지부(15)와 대칭인 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 4점식 시트벨트.
