Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 추돌 사고시 후방 추돌 차량이 상용차의 데크 아래쪽으로 밀려 들어가 인명 피해가 발생되는 것을 방지한다. 이를 실현하기 위해, 본 고안의 리어 범퍼는 상, 하 방향으로 동일 연장선 상에 위치된 제1충격(5)과 제2충격부(6)를 구비하며, 데크(2)의 측면에 힌지(8)에 의해 회동 가능하게 결합된다. 또, 고정핀(9)에 의해 평상시 상기 제2충격부가 차량의 수평선상에 위치되도록 데크에 고정된다. 상기 데크에는 상기 리어 범퍼의 회전을 차단하는 스토퍼(10)가 설치된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 데크의 후단부에 설치되는 리어 범퍼에 있어서, 제1충격부와 제2충격부가 구비되며, 그 제1충격부와 제2충격부의 회전 중심이 데크의 측면에 힌지에 의해 회동 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 제2충격부가 차량의 수평선상에 위치된 상태에서 고정핀에 의해 데크에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 충격 흡수용 리어 범퍼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데크에는 스토퍼가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 충격 흡수용 리어 범퍼.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1충격부에는 패드가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 충격 흡수용 리어 범퍼.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2충격부에는 패드가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 충격 흡수용 리어 범퍼.
  5. 데크의 후단부에 설치되는 리어 범퍼에 있어서, 트라이앵글 바디와, 이 트라이앵글 바디의 일 곡지부를 관통하여 데크의 측면에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 힌지와, 상기 트라이앵글 바디의 일변이 차량과 수평하게 위치된 상태에서 상기 트라이앵글 바디를 관통하여 데크의 측면에 고정되는 고정핀을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 충격 흡수용 리어 범퍼.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 데크에는 차체에 대하여 수직한 방향으로 길게 형성된 스토퍼가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 상용차의 충격 흡수용 리어 범퍼.
