Abstract

본 발명은 2단식 전기집진 필터의 전단부에 전리부(이온화부)를 하나 더 구비하고 교류 고전압을 인가하여 먼지 입자를 조대화(粗大化)시킴으로써 집진효율을 증대시키도록 한 전기집진필터에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명은 먼지 입자를 하전시키는 전리부와 그 하전된 먼지 입자를 포집하는 포집부로 이루어진 전지집진 필터의 전리부 전단에 교류 고전압의 주파수에 대응되게 먼지 입자를 진동시켜 먼지 입자들간에 충돌을 발생하여 입자 반경을 조대화시키는 입자 조대화부를 구비함으로써 먼지 입자를 조대화시켜 하전량을 증대시키므로써 집진 효율을 증대시키게 되는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 먼지 입자를 하전시키는 전리부와 그 하전된 먼지 입자를 포집하는 포집부로 이루어진 전지집진 필터에 있어서, 상기 전리부의 전단에 구비되어 교류 고전압의 주파수에 대응되게 먼지 입자를 진동시켜 먼지 입자들간의 충돌로 입자 반경을 조대화시키는 입자 조대화부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화장치의 전기집진 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자 조대화부를 교류 고전압에 의해 방전하는 방전극과, 상기 방전극과 대응되는 접지 전극으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화장치의 전기집진 필터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접지 전극의 상부 또는 하부에는 급준 펄스 방전의 발생으로 오존을 생성하여 탈취가 가능토록 하는 절연물이 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화장치의 전기집진 필터.
