Abstract

공기가 유입되는 흡입구(2)로 부터 이온화부(4)와 집진부(5)가 전후호 배치되고, 상기 이온화부(4)는 소정의 간격을 갖고 공기유로에 평행하게 배설해서 접지한 대향극판(7)과 상기 대향극판(7)의 중심선 위치에 설치된 방전극인 이온화선(6)으로 구성되고, 상기 집진부(5)는 공기유로에 접해 평행하게 교호로 병설된 복수의 양극판(8) 및 접지된 메시집진극(9)으로 구성되어 전기적인 힘과 기계적인 필터의 힘으로 집진하는 공기정화기의 전기집진필터.

Claims (4)

  1. 공기가 유입되는 흡입구(2)로 부터 이온화부(4)와 집진부(5)가 전후로 배치되고, 상기 이온화부(4)는 소정의 간격을 갖고 공기유로에 평행하게 배설해서 접지한 대향극판(7)과 상기 대향극판(7)의 중심선 위치에 설치된 방전극인 이온화선(6)으로 구성되고, 상기 집진부(5)는 공기유로에 접해 평행하게 교호로 병설된 복수의 양극판(8) 및 집지된 메시집진극(9)으로 구성되는 공기정화기에 있어서, 상기 이온화선(6)에는 +5.2KV외 직류고전압이 인가되고 양극판(8)에는 +3.5KV의 직류고전압이 인가되고 상기 집진부(5)의 양극판(8)은 알루미늄박(8b)을, 단면을 포함한 전 표면을, 전기절연성이 우수한 폴리에틸렌수지(8a)로 피복해서 도전부가 노출되지 않도록 하고, 상기 집진부(5)는 한가닥의 금속세선을 원통형으로 직조하여 압착하여 띠상으로 가공하여 경사진 웨이브를 형성한 메시집진극을 양극판(8)과 접착해서 코일형으로 감아서 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화기의 전기집진필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메시집진극(9) 사이에 알루미늄박(11)을 장설하여 메시집진극(9)의 전기적 저항을 낮춘 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화기의 전기집진필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메시집진극(7) 상쪽에 +3.5KV를 인가한 양극판(7)을 장설하고 아래쪽에는 -3.5KV를 인가한 마이너스극판(12)을 다수개 교호하게 장설하고 메시집진극(9)은 집지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화기의 전기집진필터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메시집진극(9)은 접지시키지 않고 메시집진극(9)의 상쪽에 +3.5KV를 인가한 양극판(8)을 장설하고 아래쪽에는 접지대응극(13)을 다수개 교호하게 장설한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화기의 전기집진필터.
