Abstract
본 발명은 장치가 간단하면서 극히 단시간에 발효와 건조처리를 할 수 있는 유기성 폐기물의 고속발효건조장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 유기성폐기물과 토양균의 투입구와 급기구 및 배기구등으로 구성된 발효건조조(50)와, 수평방향으로 설치된 회전축(60)이 있는 교반장치(2)와, 발효건조내에 열풍을 공급하는 열풍발생장치(5) 및 교반장치(2)의 장, 단리본식 스크류(16)(17)에 평행하게 연장하여 하향으로 열려진 틈새모양의 분사구(26)(27)가 있는 열풍분사장치(14)의 작용에 의하여 유기성폐기물을 발효, 건조할 수 있도록 설계되어서 고온의 열풍을 분사하여 토양균의 최적활동온도 영역에서 극히 단시간에 가열 승온되어 유기성폐기물의 발효처리가 가능하기 때문에 발효건조시간을 현저히 단축시킬수 있으며, 1개의 발효건조조에서 발효처리와 동시에 건조처리가 가능하기 때문에 장치를 간단하게 구성될 수 있는 초고속 발효 건조장치를 갖는 건조기를 제공한다.The present invention relates to a fast fermentation and drying apparatus for organic waste, which is simple and can be fermented and dried in a very short time.
