Claims (5)

  1. 척추 고정 요소를 환자의 척추에 인접하게 연장하는 척주 로드에 연결하도록 척주 임플란트 시스템에 사용하기 위한 가변 앵글 본 스크류 시스템에 있어서, 상기 척주 로드를 수납하기 위한 통로를 형성하는 헤드와, 척주 로드의 축에 수직이며 이에 교차하는 축을 따라 헤드로부터 연장하는 쓰레드 스탬을 포함하는 아이볼트(26a)와, 스크류(20)가 소망의 척추 고정 위치에 삽입되도록 헤드와 쓰레드 섕크를 가진 본 스크류(20)와, 상기 아이볼트를 로드에 고정 장착하기 위한 요크 고정 수단과, 상기 아이볼트 쓰레드 스탬의 축에 대해 스크류의 피봇팅을 제한하지만 가변 앵글 방향으로 본 스크류(20) 및 요크 고정 수단의 상호 로킹을 허용하도록, 상기 본 스크류(20)와 합체된 맞물림 로킹 수단과, 상기 아이볼트의 쓰레드 스탬을 맞물기 위한 너트(26b)를 포함하며, 상기 너트가 아이볼트의 쓰레드 스탬(31)상에서 조여질 때 본 스크류 및 요크 고정수단은 아이볼트 헤드(32)와 너트(26b) 사이에서 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 앵글 본 스크류 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요크 고정수단은 정렬된 곡선 리세스를 가진 와셔인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 앵글 본 스크류 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요크 고정수단은 로드에 대해 본 스크류의 위치를 측방으로 오프셋하도록 작동하는 측방 오프셋 커넥터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 앵글 본 스크류 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 측방 오프셋 커넥터는 한쌍의 측방 연장 아암을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 앵글 본 스크류 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 맞물림 로킹 수단을 와셔와 본 스크류상에서 방사상으로 이격된 다수의 맞물림 스플라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 앵글 본 스크류 시스템.
