Abstract

약 700℃±50℃의 융점과 금속 또는 세라믹 기질과 밀접한 열팽창 계수를 갖는 의치용 저융점 자기조성물은 공개되어 있다.
상기 조성물은 SiO2가 57∼61wt%, Al2O3가 6.5∼11.5wt%, Na2O가 10∼11wt%, K2O가 8∼16wt%, Li2O가 1∼3wt%, CaO가 1.5∼4wt%, CeO2가 0.5∼2wt% 그리고 Tb2O3가 0.5∼2wt%로 구성된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 의치에 사용되는 저융점의 자기에 있어서, 상기 자기의 조성은,
    인 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점의 자기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 의치용으로 적합한 금속 또는 세라믹 기질과 융화되는 열팽창 계수와 약700℃±50℃의 저융점을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점의 자기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 112-13㎛. K-1의 열팽창 계수(20 내지 500℃)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점의 자기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, B2O3의 약 2중량 퍼센트까지 추가로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점의 자기.
  5. 의치에 사용되는 저융점의 자기에 있어서, 약 705℃의 공정 온도와 12-13㎛. K-1의 열팽창 계수(CTE)(20 내지 500℃)를 가지는 유리 프릿으로 구성되고, 그 조성은,
    인 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점의 자기.
  6. 세락믹 기질에 융해되고, 제5항의 저융점 자기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의치.
  7. 금속 또는 세락믹 기질에 융해 되고 제1항의 저융점 자기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의치.
