Abstract

신호 활성표면에 대해 반응하는 기 A(예: -OH, -SH 또는 -NHX와 반응하는 기) 및 광에 의해 활성화될 수 있는 생체 물질 반응성 기 B를 갖는 헤테로이작용성 가교결합제에 의해 생활성 물질, 특히 효소를 바이오센서의 신호 활성표면에 성공적으로 결합시킬 수 있다. 기 B는 공지되어 있고, 특히 아지도페닐 및 아지도살리실계 기이다. 한편으로 이러한 기 B를 함유하고 다른 한편으로는 숙신이미드 에스테르 기를 함유하는 가교결합제는 시판 중이므로 특히 바람직하다. 신호 활성표면 SiH4/NH3반응에 의해, 특히 신선한 SiO2표면상에서 기체상으로부터 수득될 수 있고 특별히 묽은 플루오르화수소산을 사용하는 처리에 의해 산화물로부터 유리되는 바와 같이 반응성 NHX기를 갖는 Si3H4표면일 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 센서형 생체물질이 가교결합제에 의해 결합되고, 경우에 따라 실란화된 신호활성표면을 갖는 바이오센서, 특히 전계효과를 기본으로 하는 바이오센서에 있어서, 가교결합제가 신호 활성표면을 위해 한편으로 특정 반응성 기(A)를 함유하고 다른 한편으로는 광에 의해 활성화될 수 있는 생체물질 반응성 기(B)를 함유하는 헤테로이작용성 가교결합제에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 신호 활성표면의 OH-, SH 또는 -NHX기와 가교결합제의 기(A)의 결합반응에 의해 신호 활성표면에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 가교결합제의 기(A)의 결합 반응에 의해 신호 활성표면 또는 반응성 -NHX기를 갖는 Si3N4- 표면에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 가교결합제의 아지도- 또는 니트로-기(B)의 광활성 결합 반응에 의해 생체물질의 단백질에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비이오센서.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 광활성 결합 반응이 방향족 결합된 니트로- 또는 아지도-기(B)를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 결합이 아지도페닐 기를 사용하는 가교결합제에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 알데히드-, 에스테르 또는 이미도에스테르- 기(A)의 결합반응에 의해 표면에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 N-히드록시-숙신이미드에스테로-기(A)의 결합 반응에 의해 표면에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신호 활성표면의 두께가 10 내지 1000㎚이고 SiH4/NH3-혼합물로 구성된 CVD에 의해 SiO2-면에 분리된 Si3N4-표면 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
