Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 화학식Ⅰ의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 농학상으로 유용한 그의 염, 및 C1-C20-카르복실산, 술폰산 또는 포스폰산 또는 쿠기산과 그 에스테르
    상기 식에서, X 및 Y는 독립적으로 산소 또는 황이고; Ar은 페닐 또는 5-또는 6-원 헤테로아릴 고리이고, 여기서 페닐 또는 헤테로아릴 고리는 각각 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, -N=N-Ph, (C1-C4-알콕시) 카르보닐, -N(R9)-COR10, -N(R9)-SO2-R11, -SO2-N(R9)R10, -S(0)m-R8, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알킬 및 C1-C4-할로알콕시로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 내지 4개의 치환기를 수반할 수 있고, 상기 후반 4개의 라디칼은 또한 C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오 및 (또는) 시아노 중의 하나 또는 두개의 치환기를 수반할 수 있고, 페닐 또는 헤테로아릴 고리의 2개의 인접 C원자는 -C(R12)=C(R13)-C(R14)=C(R15)-, -Z1-C(R12)=N-, -Z1-N=C(R12)-, -Z1-C(R12)=C(R13)-, -Z1-C(R12)=C(R13)-C(R14,R15)-, Z1-C(R12,R13)-C(R14,R15)-, Z1-C(R12,R13)-C(R14,R15)-Z2-, C(R12,R13)-Z1-C(R14,R15)-C(R16,R17)-, Z1-N(R20)-Z2, -Z1-Z2-N(R20)-Z2-N(R21)-, -N(R21)-Z1-Z2, -N(R20)-Z1-Z=C(R12)-, -Z1-C(R12,R13)-C(=NOR22)-, Z1-C(R12,R13)-C(R14,R15)-C(=NOR22)- 또는 Z1-Z2-Z1쇄에 의해 브리지될 수 있고, Z1및 Z2는 서로 독립적으로 산소, 황, -SO-, -SO2-, -CO-, -C(R18,R19)- 또는 -N(R20)-이고, R12내지 R19는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 히드록실, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오, C1-C4-알킬아미노, 디-(C1-C4-알킬)아미노 또는 페닐이고, R20및 R21은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, (C1-C4-알킬)카르보닐, 페닐 또는 벤조일이고, R22는 수소, C1-C4알킬, 알릴 또는 페닐이고, Ph는 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, -S(0)n-R23, (C1-C4-알콕시)카르보닐, -SO2-N(R24)R25, -N(R24)-COR25, -N(R24)-SO2R26, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4할로알킬 및 C1-C4-할로알콕시로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 내지 세개의 치환기를 수반할 수 있고, 상기 후반 4개의 라디칼은 C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오 및 (또는) 시아노 중의 하나 또는 2개의 치환기를 수반할 수 있고; m 및 n은 서로 독립적으로 0, 1 또는 2이고; R8및 R25는 서로 독립적으로 C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬이고, 이둘은 하나 또는 2개의 C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오 및 (또는) 시아노 라디칼을 수반할 수 있고; R9, R10, R24및 R25는 서로 독립적으로 비치환되거나 또는 1 내지 3개의 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬 및 (또는) C1-C4-알콕시 라디칼을 수반할 수 있는 수소, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬 또는 페닐이고; R11및 R26은 서로 독립적으로 1 또는 2개의 시아노, 페닐 및 (또는) 벤질 라디칼을 수반할 수 있는 C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬이고; R1,R2,R3및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C4-알킬이고; R5는 수소, C1-C4-알킬 또는 (C1-C4-알콕시)카르보닐이고; R6및 R7은 서로 독립적으로 C1-C4-알킬, 벤질이거나, 함께 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌 쇄이고, 각 메틸렌 단위는 하나 또는 2개의 C1-C4-알킬 라디칼을 수반할 수 있으며, 단, 2-(4-클로로-2-니트로벤조일)-5-디메톡시-메틸-5-메틸시클로헥산-1,3-디온은 제외한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 페닐 또는 헤테로아릴 고리 Ar에 대한 하나 이상의 치환기가 -N=N-Ph, -S(0)m-R8-, (C1-C4-알콕시)카르보닐, -N(R9)-SO2-R11, -N(R9)-COR10, C1-C4-할로알킬기를 나타내는 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온.
  3. 하기 화학식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 염기의 존재하에 비활성 용매 중에서 하기 화학식(Ⅲ)의 산 염화물과 반응시키는 단계, 및 상기 단계에서 수득된 하기 화학식(Ⅳ)의 엔을 에스테르를 시안화물 공급원 및 염기의 존재하에 비활성 용매 중에서 치배열시키는 단계로 이루어지는, 제1항에 정의된 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온의 제조 방법.

  4. 제초제로서 또는 식물 성장 조절을 위한, 제1항에 정의된 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온의 용도.
  5. 제초적 유효량의 적어도 하나의 제1항에 정의된 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 농학상으로 유용한 염 또는 그의 에스테르, 및 적어도 하나의 비활성 액체 및 (또는) 고체 담체, 및 필요하다면 적어도 하나의 보조제를 함유하는 제초 조성물.
  6. 제초적 유효량의 적어도 하나의 제1항에 정의된 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 농학상으로 유용한 염 또는 그의 에스테르, 및 적어도 하나의 비활성 액체 및 (또는) 고체 담체, 및 필요하다면 적어도 하나의 보조제를 함유하는 식물 성장 조절을 위한 조성물.
  7. 제초적 유효량의 적어도 하나의 제1항에 정의된 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 농학상으로 유용한 염 또는 그의 에스테르, 및 적어도 하나의 비활성 액체 및 (또는) 고체 담체, 및 필요하다면 적어도 하나의 보조제를 혼합시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 제초 활성 조성물 또는 식물 성장 조절을 위한 조성물의 제조 방법.
  8. 제초적 유효량의 적어도 하나의 제1항에 정의된 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2-아로일시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 농학상으로 유용한 염 또는 그의 에스테르를 식물, 그들의 서식지 또는 종자에 작용시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 불필요한 식물의 성장 억제 방법.
