Description
Claims (18)
- 투사물 발사기에 대한 일반 방향을 결정하기 위한 방법에 있어서, (A) 각 트랜스듀서는 투사물 발사기 및 추진제에서 발생하는 폭발파와 충돌할 수 있고 그에 대응하여 신호를 발생할 수 있는 적어도 세개의 공간상 간격을 둔 트랜스듀서로 구성된 적어도 하나의 센서를 설치하는 단계; (B) 폭발파가 적어도 세개의 트랜스듀서 각각에 순차적으로 충돌할 때, 신호로부터 적어도 세개의 트랜스듀서 간의 시간 관계를 측정하는 단계; (C) 단위 조준 벡터가 투사물 발사기에 대한 일반 방향을 가리키도록 하기 위하여, 시간 관계로부터 적어도 하나의 센서에 폭발파의 발사기를 향한 적어도 하나의 단위 조준 벡터를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 공간상 간격을 둔 센서가 있고, 그 각각은 상기 단위 조준 벡터를 발생하며, 그 발생한 단위 조준 벡터에 대한 삼각 계산법에 의하여 센서에서 투사물 발사기를 향한 일반 거리를 결정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투사물이 초음속 투사물일때, 폭발파에 대응하여 발생하는 신호와 초음속 투사물의 충격파와 충돌하여 발생하는 신호 사이를 구별하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제한 시간을 폭발파와 처음으로 충돌한 트랜스듀서에서 발생하는 신호 및 그 다음으로 폭발파와 충돌한 트랜스듀서에서 발생하는 신호 사이에 설정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제한 시간을 속사용 무기에서 발포되는 연속되는 발포물 사이의 시간보다 작게 설정하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제한 시간을 75 밀리초보다 크기 않게 설정하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 시간 관계를 결정하기 위한 신호의 수신을 주기적으로 재설정하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 신호의 수신을 제한 시간이 경과한 후에 재설정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 컴퓨터에 의하여 시간, 관계 및 단위 조준 벡터를 계산하는 방법.
- 투사물 발사기에 대한 일반 방향을 결정하기 위한 장치에 있어서, (A) 각 트랜스듀서는 투사물 발사기 및 추진제에서 발생하는 폭발파와 충돌할 수 있고, 그에 대응하여 신호를 발생할 수 있는 적어도 세개의 공간상 간격을 둔 트랜스듀서로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 센서; (B)폭발파가 적어도 세개의 트랜스듀서 각각에 순차적으로 충돌할 때, 신호로부터 적어도 세개의 트랜스듀서 간의 시간 관계를 측정하는 측정 수단; 및 (C) 단위 조준 벡터가 투사물 발사기에 대한 일반 방향을 가리키도록 하기 위하여 시간 관계로부터 적어도 하나의 센서에서 폭발파의 발사기를 향한 적어도 하나의 단위 조준 벡터를 결정하기 위한 계산 수단을 구비하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 공간상 간격을 둔 센서가 있고, 그 각각은 상기 단위 조준 벡터를 발생할 수 있으며, 그 발생한 단위 조준 벡터에 대한 삼각 계산법에 의하여 센서에서 투사물 발사기를 향한 일반 거리를 결정하기 위한 삼각 계산법 수단을 구비하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 투사물은 초음속 투사물이고 폭발파에 대응하여 발생하는 신호와 초음속 투사물의 충격파와 충돌하여 발생하는 신호 사이를 구별하기 위한 구별 수단을 구비하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폭발파와 처음으로 충돌하는 트랜스듀서에서 발생하는 신호와 그 다음으로 폭발파와 충돌하는 트랜스듀서에서 발생하는 신호 사이에 제한 시간을 설정하기 위한 타이밍 수단을 구비하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제한 시간이 속사용 무기에서 발포되는 연속적 투사물들 사이의 시간보다 작게 설정되는 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제한 시간이 75 밀리초보다 크지 않게 설정되는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 시간 관계를 결정하기 위한 신호의 수신을 재설정하는 재설정 수단을 구비하는 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 제한 시간이 경과한 후에 신호의 수신을 재설정하는 재설정 수단을 구비하는 장치.
- 제10항에 잇어서, 시간 관계 및 단위 조준 벡터는 컴퓨터에 의해서 계산되는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
