Abstract

약 50% 이상의 섬유가 일반적으로 웹의 길이 및 폭에 수직인 방향으로 정렬된 상태로 길이, 폭 및 두께를 갖는 섬유 웹에 관한 것이다. 웹은 각각의 틈이 최상부와 최저부를 갖는 일정 간격을 두고 배치된 복수개의 틈을 한정하고 각각의 틈은 웹의 한 표면에서부터 웹의 전체 두께의 50% 이상으로 연장된다, 틈의 최저부를 한정하는 웹의 일부분의 밀도는 틈의 최상부를 한정하는 웹의 일부분의 밀도 보다 크다, 틈의 최상부를 한정하는 웹의 일부분은 실질적으로 섬유의 말단으로 이루어질 수 있다. 또한, 틈의 최저부를 한정하는 웹의 일부분은 주로 연속적인 섬유로 이루어질 수 있다. 섬유 웹은 멜트브로운 부직 웹 또는 넥-스트레치트, 멜트브로운부직 웹일 수 있다, 섬유 웹은 기저귀, 실금용품, 생리대 및 탐폰과 같은 여성용 위생 제품, 필터 성분 등과 같은 흡수용품의 성분으로서 사용될 수 있다, 웹은 섬유 정렬 방향으로 향상된 액체의 분배를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 섬유 웹의 일 태양의 도식적 부분 사시도이다. 제2도는 본 발명의 섬유 웹을 제조하기 위해 사용될 수 있는 주름 잡힌 기구의 도식적 평면도이다. 제3도는 주름잡힌 웹이 기구 상에서 형성되는 방법을 설명하는 제2도의 주름 잡힌 기구의 도식적 부분 사시도이다, 제4도는 제2도의 주름 잡힌 기구 상에서 형성되는 주름 잡힌 웹의 도식적 부분 사시도이다.제5도는 제4도의 주름 잡힌 웹으로부터 수득되는 본 발명의 섬유 웹의 도식적 부분 사시도이다.

Claims (32)

  1. 약 50% 이상의 섬유가 일반적으로 웹의 길이 및 폭에 수직인 방향으로 정렬된 길이, 폭 및 두께를 갖고, 웹은 각각의 틈이 최상부와 최저부를 갖는 일정 간격을 두고 배치된 복수개의 틈을 한정하고 각각의 틈은 웹의 한 표면에서부터 웹의 전체 두께의 50% 이상으로 연장되며, 틈의 최저부를 한정하는 웹의 일부분의 밀도는 틈의 최상부를 한정하는 웹의 일부분의 밀도보다 크며 섬유가 섬유 웹이 노출되는 액체에 의해 습윤될 수 있는 섬유 웹.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 틈의 최상부를 한정하는 웹의 일부분이 실질적으로 섬유의 말단으로 이루어지는 것인 섬유 웹.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 틈의 최저부를 한정하는 웹의 일부분이 실질적으로 연속적인 섬유를 포함하는 것인 섬유 웹.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 섬유가 친수성인 섬유 웹.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 섬유의 표면이 친수성인 섬유 웹.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 섬유가 계면활성제로 처리되고 코로나 장에 노츨되는 것인 섬유 웹.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 웹이 멜트브로운 부직 웹을 포함하는 것인 섬유 웹.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 웹이 넥-스트레치트, 멜트브로운 부직 웹을 포함하는 것인 섬유 웹.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 일정 간격을 두고 배치된 복수개의 틈이 실질적으로 서로 평행인 섬유 웹.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 섬유가 계면활성제로 처리되고 코로나 장에 노출되고, 웹이 넥-스트레치트, 멜트-브로운 부직 웹을 포함하고, 일정 간격을 두고 배치된 복수개의 틈이 실질적으로 서로 평행인 것인 섬유 웹
  11. 성분으롯 제1항의 섬유 웹을 갖는 흡수용품.
  12. 성분으로서 제3항의 섬유 웹을 갖는 흡수용품.
  13. 성분으로서 제6항의 섬유 웹을 갖는 흡수용품.
  14. 성분으로서 제8항의 섬유 웹을 갖는 흡수용품.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 섬유 웹이 여성용 위생 제품의 성분인 흡수용품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 여성용 위생 제품이 생리대인 흡수용품.
  17. 성분으로서 제9항의 섬유 웹을 갖는 흡수용품.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 섬유 웹이 여성용 위생제품의 성분인 흡수용품,
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 여성용 위생제품이 생리대인 흡수용품.
  20. 각각이 최저부 및 분기된 최상부를 가지고 섬유 웹으로 이루어진 복수개의 일반적으로 V형인 홈을 한정하며, 섬유는 각 홈의 최상부로부터 최저부로 일반적으로 연장되어 한 방향으로 현저히 배향되고, 섬유는 Z-방향 액체 운반 매체가 노출되는 액체에 의해 습윤될 수 있고, 각 홈의 최저부에서 웹의 밀도는 홈의 나머지 방향 액체 운반 매체가 노출되는 액체에 의해 습윤될 수 있고, 각 홈의 최저부에서 웹의 밀도는 홈의 나머지 부분에서의 웹의 밀도보다 크고, 각 홈의 최상부의 섬유는 인접한 홈의 최상부의 섬유로부터 실질적으로 불연속인 Z-방향 액체 운반 매체.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 각 홈의 최저부의 섬유가 실질적으로 연속인 것인 Z-방향 액체 운반 매체.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 섬유가 친수성인 Z-방향 액체 운반 매체.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 섬유의 표면이 친수성인 Z-방향 액체 운반매체.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 섬유의 계면활성제로 처리되고 코로나 장에 노출되는 것인Z-방향 액체 운반매체.

  29. 섬유가 한 방향으로 현저히 배향되고 Z-방향 액체 운반 매체가 노출될 수 있는 액체에 의해 습윤될 수 있는 섬유 웹을 제공하고, 섬유가 각 홈의 최상부로부터 일반적으로 연장되는 한 방향으로 현저히 배향되고, 각 홈의 최저부의 웹의 밀도는 홈의 나머지 부분의 웹의 밀도보다 크고, 각 홈의 최상부의 섬유는 인접한 홈의 최상부의 섬유로부터 실질적으로 불연속인 방식으로 각각 최저부 및 분기된 최상부를 갖는 복수개의 홈으로 섬유 웹을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 Z-방향 액체 전달 매체의 형성 방법.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 섬유 웹이 멜트브로운 부직 웹을 포함하는 것인 방법.
