Abstract

회전반의 주연부에 형성한 수입공내로 일정량의 분말을 분말호퍼로부터 수용하고 회전반을 간헐회전시키며, 당해 수입공이 토출충전부에 도달하면, 수입공내의 분말을 하방의 분말용기에 토출하여 충전하는 분말충전장치이다. 회전반(1)의 회전축심(c)을 경사져 배치하고, 이 회전축심(C)을 중심축으로 하는 정각이 60도 내지120도의 가상원추면(12)상에 각 수입공(8)의 중심축을 배치한다. 그리고 진공흡입부(9)에서의 수입공(8)의 개구부(8a) 의 횡측부에 상기 분말호퍼(6)를 배치하고, 상반에 교반기(7)의 회전축(34)을 지지하는 보스부(28)를 배치한다, 각종분말, 특히 충전량의 정확성과 이물이 혼입되지 않을 것이 요구되며, 주사제등의 의약품분말을 바이알병 등의 용기에 충전하는 공정에 있어서 이용하기에 적합하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 주연부(周緣部)에 복수개의 수입공(受入孔)을 등간격으로 형성한 진공흡입부(9)와 토출충전부(10)를 구비한 회전반(回轉盤)과, 이 회전반(1)에 연동연결한 간헐회전구동장치(2)와 상기 진공흡입부(9)에 위치하는 수입공(8)에 연통연결한 흡입포트(4) 및 상기 토출충전부(10)에 위치하는 수입공(8)에 연통연결한 토출포트(5)를 지닌 슬라이드 밸브(3)와 내부에 교반기(7)을 배치한 분말호퍼(6)와를 구비하고, 상기 진공흡입부(9) 에서 수입공(8)의 개구부(8a)를 상기 분말호퍼(6)내에 면하게 하고, 이 분말호퍼(6)내의 분말(P)을 교반기(7)에 교반에 의하여 원심력과 흡입포트(4)에서의 진공압으로 수입공(8)내에 수용가능하게 구성하고, 상기 토출 충전부(10)에서의 수입공(8)의 개구부(8a)를하방에 위치하는 분말용기(26)상에서 개구하여, 수입공(28)내에 수용한 분말(P)을 토출포트(5)에서의 토출압으로 분말용기(26)내에 충전가능하게 구성한 분말충전 장치에 있어서, 상기 회전반(C)의 회전축심을 경사지게 배치하고, 이 회전축심(C)을 중심축으로 하는 정각(頂角, 꼭지각)이 60도∼120도의 가상원추면(12)상에 각 수입공(8)의 중심축을 배치하여, 상기 토출충전부(10)에서 수입공(8)의 개구부(8a)를 수입공(8)의 하부에 위치시킴과 동시에, 상기 진공흡입부(9)에서 수입공(8)의 개구부(8a)를 수입공의 횡측부에 위치시켜,이 진공흡입부(9)에서 수입공(8)의 개구부(8a)의 횡측부에 상기 분말호퍼(6)를 배치하고, 이 분말호퍼(6)의 상방에 교반기(7)의 회전축(34)을 지지하는 보스부(28)를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말충전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분말호퍼(6)를 하단에 개구를 지닌 상부용기(6a)와 상단에 개구를 지닌 하부용기(6b)로 부터 구성하고, 상부용기(6a)와 하부용기(6b)와를 분리가능하게 용기 고정구(27)로 기밀(氣密)고정하고, 교반기(7)의 보스부(28)와 상부용기(6a)와를 착탈가능하게 보스고정구(29)로 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말충전 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 교반기(7)의 보스부(28)에 중공의 회전구동축(33)을 회전가능하게 배치하고, 이 회전구동축(33)을 교반기 구동장치(31)에 연동연결하고, 교반기(7)의 회전축(34)을 상기 회전구동축(33)내에 하방에서 삽발(揷拔) 가능하게 삽입하여 이 회전구동축(33) 에 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말충전장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교반기(7)의 회전축(34)에 보조날개(36)를 부설한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말충전장치.
