Abstract

회전시킨 분배원반의 윗면에 약제를 공급퇴적시켜, 그 약제를 정량씩 분할하는 장치에 있어서, 약제공급시에 분배원반의 회전속도를 증대시켜 작업시간의 단축을 도모한다. 분배원반(1)이 링형상으로 하고, 그 윗면에 설치한 환상홈(5)의 바깥둘레 가장자리를 위쪽으로 기립시켜, 이 기립벽(6)에 의하여 원심력에 의한 약제의 비산을 방지한다. 분배원반(1)의 내경측에 약제 긁어내는 수단(3)을 배치하고, 약제의 분할동작과 기립벽(6)과의 간섭을 없게 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 회전구동되는 분배원반의 윗면 바깥둘레에 약제가 퇴적하는 단면원호상의 환상홈 또는 평탄면을 형성하고, 그 분배원반의 윗쪽 방향에 원반윗면에 퇴적한 약제를 긁어내는 약제 긁어내는 수단을 배치하고, 상기 분배원반을 정속회전시킨 상태에서 그 원반윗면에 약제를 공급하여 균일하게 퇴적하고, 이 퇴적한 약제를 상기 긁어내는 수단에 의하여 정량씩 분할하여 꺼내는 약제를 용량분할장치에 있어서, 상기 분배원반을 링형상으로 형성하고, 그 분배원반의 윗면의 바깥둘레 가장자리를 위쪽으로 기립시켜, 상기 분배원반의 내측에 약제 긁어내는 수단을 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제의 용량분할장치.
