Abstract

농작물용 활성 물질을 함유하는 마이크로구 (球) 는 농작물용 활성물질을 함유하는 액상(液狀)과 선택적으로 에멀젼화제 및 폴리비닐알콜을 함유하는 수상(水相)을 혼합하고 ,점토, 실리카, 전분 및 전분 유도체에서 선정된 물질을 가한 후, 스프레이 건조하여 제조된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 농작물용 활성물질을 함유하는 마이크로구(球)의 제조방법에 있어서,⒜ 농작물용 활성액체물질로 이루어지는 액상(液相)을 제조하고, ⒝ 1~25 중량 %의 폴리비닐알콜로 이루어지는 수상(水相)과 상기 액상과를 혼합하고 , ⒞ 점토, 실리카, 수용성 전분, 전분 유도체및 이들 혼합에서 선정된 입자물질의 상기 혼합물에 대한 5~40중량%를 단계 ⒝ 의 혼합물에 가하고, ⒟ 얻어진 현탁액을 스프레이건조하여 활성성분을 캡슐화하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 농작물용 활성물질이 액상에서 유기용제에 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 농작물용 활성물질이 액상에서 용융상태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서, 농작물용 활성물질이 수용성 고체이고, 액상은 고체의 수용액으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  5. 청구항 2또는 3에 있어서, 액상또는 수상이 또한 분산제 및/또는 습윤제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  6. 청구항 2또는 3에 있어서, 액상이 수상에서 에멀젼화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서, 액상이 70~85중량%의 농작물용 활성물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  8. 청구항 6에 있어서, 에멀젼화 단계가 500~5,000rpm의 교반속도 및 10~100℃의 온도하에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서, 농작물용 활성물질이 람다-시할로트린으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서, 농작물용 활성물질이 술포세이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로구의 제조방법.
  11. 청구항 1~10중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 농작물용 활성물질을 함유하는 마이크로구.
