Abstract

본 발명은 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)이 30.000 이하인 아미드형 올리고머를 함유하는 분말 야금 조성물용 윤활제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 본 발명의 윤활제를 사용하는 소결 제품의 제조 방법 뿐만 아니라 상기 윤활제를 함유하는 금속-분말 조성물도 또한 기술하고 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 윤활제를 온열 압축에서 사용하는 방법을 기술하고 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. 분말 야금 조성물의 온열 압축을 위한 윤활제에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)이 30,000 이하인 아미드형 올리고머로 주로 이루어진 윤활제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분자량이 1,000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 올리고머의 중량 평균 분자량이 2,000-20,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머가 하기 반복 유니트를 함유하는 락탐을 포함하는 올리고머인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제:
    -[NH-(CH2)m-CO]n-
    상기 유니트에서, m은 6-12이고, n은 5-50이다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 올리고머가 디아민 및 디카르복실산으로부터 유도되고, 하기 반복 유니트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제:
    -[NH-(CH2)m-NHCO(CH2)n-CO]x-
    상기 유니트에서, m 및 n은 4-12이고, m+n은 12 이상이고, x는 2-25이다.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 올리고머가 -[NH-…의 위치에서는 -H; -CO-R(R은 직쇄이거나 분지쇄가 있는 C2-C20지방족 또는 방향족기이고, 바람직하게는 라우르산, 2-에틸헥사노산 또는 벤조산); 또는 -CO-(CH2)n-COOH(n은 6-12)로부터 선택되는 말단기를 가지며, …-CO]-의 위치에서는, -OH; -NH-R(R은 직쇄이거나 또는 분지쇄가 있는 C2-C22지방족 또는 방향족기이고, 바람직하게는 C6-C12지방족기); 또는 -NH-(CH2)n-NH2(n은 6-12)로부터 선택되는 말단기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올리고머가 120-200℃의 범위내에서 융점 피크를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제.
  8. 온열 압출을 위한 철-기초 분말 및 윤활제를 함유하는 금속-분말 조성물에 있어서, 상기 윤활제의 중량-평균 분자량(Mw)이 30,000 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-분말 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 올리고머의 분자량이 2,000-20,000이고, 상기 올리고머가 1중량% 이하로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-분말 조성물.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속 분말이 고압축성을 갖는 철-기초분말이고, 상기 윤활제의 80% 이상이 올리고머로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-분말 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 철-기초 분말의 탄소 함량이 0.04중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-분말 조성물.
  12. 제8항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머가 전체 조성물의 0.2 내지 0.8중량%를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-분말 조성물.
  13. 제8항 내지 l2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 바인더, 공정 보조제 및 경질상으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 1개 이상의 첨가제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-분말 조성물.
  14. a) 철-기초 분말 및 윤활재를 혼합하여 금속-분말 조성물을 준비하는 단계, b) 상기 금속-분말 조성물을 예정 온도까지 예열시키는 단계, c) 상기 금속-분말 조성물을 예열된 장치내에서 압축시키는 단계, 및 d) 상기 압축된 금속-분말 조성물을 1050℃ 이상에서 소결시키는 단계를, 포함하는 소결 제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 윤활제가 중량-평군 분자량(Mw)이 30,000 이하인 아미드형의 올리고머로 주로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 분말 조성물이 올리고머의 융점보다 5-50℃ 낮은 온도까지 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 단계 c) 전에 압축 장치가 예열된 금속-분말 조성물의 온도보다 0-30℃ 이상인 온도까지 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 중량-평균 분자량(Mw)이 30,000 이하인 아미드형의 올리고머로 주로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제를 온열 압축에서 사용하는 방법.
