Abstract

티타늄 함유 부품 처리방법 및 이와 같이 처리된 부품이 발표된다. 이 처리방법은 15-25% 이산화탄소, 30-50% 질소 및 30-50% 수소로된 가스대기가 있는 로챔버(12)안에 부품을 도입하는 단계를 포함한다. 대기의 온도는 1450-1850℉이며 처리시간은 5-60분이다. 이렇게 처리된 부품은 향상된 경도, 강도 및 내마모성을 보인다.

Claims (3)

1) 30-50% 질소, 30-50% 수소, 및 15-25% 이산화탄소로 이루어진 가스성분 혼합물을 로(furnace box)에 도입하고; 2) 티타늄 부품을 로에 도입하고; 3) 로를 외부 대기로부터 밀폐시키고; 4) 로안의 온도를 모니터하고 1450 내지 1850℉로 제어하는 단계로 이루어진 티타늄 함유 부품 처리방법.
제1항에 있어서, 로의 대기가 30-50부피% 질소, 30-50부피% 수소, 및 15-25부피% 이산화탄소로 구성되도록 성분 가스의 도입이 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 함유 부품 처리방법.
제1항의 방법으로 처리된 티타늄 함유 부품.
