Abstract

본 발명은 2 미만 및 12이상의 pH에서 양극 전해약 및 음극 전해액에 대한 장기간의 화학적 안정을 갖는 화학전지를 제조하는 방법으로서, i) 유리 전이 및/또는 용융 열전이를 나타내는 중합체 물질을 열적으로 처리하여 전지 구조 또는 전지 구조의 성분을 형성시키는 단계, 및 (ii) 사용시에 양극 전해액 및 음극 전해액과 접촉하게 되는 전지구조 또는 전지 구조의 성분의 표면을 후 할로겐화 공정으로 처리하여 상기 표면을 형성하는 중합체 물질을 할로겐으로 치환반응시켜 화학적으로 안정된 할로겐 변형 중합체 물질을 형성시키는 단계를 포함한다.

제4도는 충전된 불소처리된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 샘플 및 충전되지 않은 불소화 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 샘플의 치수 변화율을 나타내는 그래프,
제5도는 불소처리된 용기 및 불소 처리되지 않은 용기에 대한 브롬의 투과성을 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (11)

  1. 2 미만 및 12이상의 pH에서 양극 전해액 및 음극 전해액에 대해 장기간의 화학적 안정성을 갖는 화학전지를 제조하는 방법으로서, i) 유리 전이 및/또는 용융 열전이를 나타내는 중합체 물질을 열적으로 처리하여 전지구조 또는 전지 구조의 성분을 형성시키는 단계, 및 (ii) 사용시에 양극 전해액 및 음극 전해액과 접촉하게 되는 전지구조 또는 전지구조의 성분의 표면을 후 할로겐화 공정으로 처리하여 상기 표면을 형성하는 중합체 물질을 할로겐으로 치환시켜 화학적으로 안정된 할로겐 변형 중합체 물질을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 물질이 150℃ 및 400파스칼에서 1000파스칼 초미만의 뉴톤 용융 점도를 갖는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(i)에서 사용된 중합체 물질이 고밀도 또는 저밀도의 폴리에틸엔, 폴리프로필렌 또는 에틸렌프로필렌 공중합체인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전지 구조 또는 전지 구조의 성분을 예비성형된 시트 또는 플레이트의 기계가공, 사출성형, 송압성형 또는 압출성형에 의해 형성시키는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후 할로겐화가 불소처리 공정인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 사용시에 양극 전해액 및 음극 전해액과 접촉하게 되는 표면을 불소 기체에 노출시켜 불소처리를 수행시키는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 불소기체에 대한 노출을 50℃ 이하에서 수행시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 후 할로겐화가 브롬처리 공정인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 사용시에 양극 전해액과 접촉하게 되는 표면을 브롬 함유 용액에 노출시켜 브롬처리를 수행시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전지의 양극 전해액 구획을 브롬/브롬화물 반응에 사용하며, 전지 표면을 전지가 작동하게 되기 전에 브롬 함유 용액에 노출시키는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 1항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 화학전지.
