Abstract
본 발명은 자궁경검사 외과수실시에 유체를 전달하기 위한 개방 루프 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 시스템은 환자의 자궁강과 유체 전달 관계에 있는 제1 및 제2도관(12, 14)를 포함한다. 자궁내외로의 유체의 유량을 측정하기 위해 제1 및 제2측정 장치(26, 28)이 구비된다. 측정 장치(26, 28)은 제어기(30)으로 송신되는 전자신호를 발생하며, 제어기(30)은 그 신호를 이용하여 유입과 유출간의 차이를 반영하는 수치를 계산한다. 이어서 그 차이는 설정값과 비교되며; 설정값이 초과되는 경우에 외과수술의는 환자가 과다한 유체를 흡수하고 있는 것으로 파악하여 절차를 종료시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 자궁의 내시경 외과수술을 수행하는데, 사용된, 주입구와 배출구를 구비하는 자궁경검사용 외장을 도시한 개요도이다,
제2도는 액체를 제1도의 자궁경검사용 외장에 공급하기 위한 본 발명의 시스템의 개방 루프 실시예의 개요도이다.
Claims (13)
- 환자의 자궁강으로 유체를 전달하는 것을 필요로 하는 자궁경검사 절차에 유용한 유체 전달 시스템으로서, -생리학적으로 적합한 유체의 제1스트림을 환자의 자궁강내로 주입하기 위한 제1도관; -상기 자궁강으로부터 상기 유체의 제2스트림을 인출하기 위한 제2도관; -상기 제1스트림의 크기를 측정하여 그 크기를 표시하는 제1전기 신호를 발생시키기 위한 수단; -상기 제2스트림의 크기를 측정하여 그 크기를 표시하는 제2전기 신호를 발생시키기 위한 수단; 및 -상기 제1 및 제2신호를 수용하고, 그 신호에 의해 표시된 크기에 기초하여 상기 제2스트림이 상기 제1스트림을 기준으로 하여 설정값보다 큰 차이를 나타내는지를 표시하므로써 환자에 의한 상기 유체의 흡수량을 표시하는 수치를 계산하기 위한 제어기를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계산된 수치가 상기 제1 및 제2크기간의 차이이며, 상기 수용 수단은 그 차이를 상기 설정값과 비교하도록 작동하는 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 크기가 유속으로서 정의되며, 상기 측정 수단은 각각 상기 제2 및 제2유체 스트림과 작동상 연결된 유량계 스트레인 게이지를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 크기가 부피로서 정의되는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1도관과 유체 전달 관계로 존재하며 기지의 크기를 갖는 상기 생리학적으로 적합한 유체의 공급원을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 계산된 수치는 상기 제1크기와 제2크기의 합계이며, 상기 제어기는 상기 합계와 상기 유체의 공급원의 기지의 초기 크기간의 차이를 측정하여 그 차이를 상기 설정값과 비교하도록 작동하는 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 크기가 중량으로서 정의되며, 상기 측정 수단은 제1 및 제2전자 천칭을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체의 제1스트림을 가열하기 위한 수단을 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자궁강으로부터 상기 액체의 제2스트림을 펌프수송하기 위해 상기 제2도관과 작동상 연결된 펌프를 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1도관을 개폐하기 위한 밸브, 및 상기 계산된 수치가 상기 설정값을 초과할 경우 상기 밸브를 폐쇄하기 위해 상기 제어기와 연결된 스위치를 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- 환자의 자궁강으로 유체를 전달하는 것을 필요로 하는 자궁경검사 절차에 유용한 유체 전달 시스템으로서, -자궁경검사 절차를 받는 환자의 높이보다 위에 장착된 기지의 중량의 생리학적으로 적합한 액체의 공급원; -생리학적으로 적합한 액체를 상기 환자의 자궁강내로 주입하기 위해 상기 공급원과 유체 전달 관계로 존재하는 제1도관; -상기 자궁강으로부터 생리학적으로 적합한 액체를 인출하기 위한 제2도관; -상기 환자의 높이보다 아래에 장착되어 있으며 상기 자궁강으로부터 인출된 생리학적으로 적합한 액체를 수용하기 위해 상기 제2도관과 유체 전달 관계로 존재하는 유체 저장기; -상기 자궁강으로부터 생리학적으로 적합한 액체를 펌프수송하기 위해 상기 제2도관과 작동상 연결된 펌프; 및 -상기 유체 공급원과 상기 저장기의 중량의 합계를 측정하고 그 합계를 상기 공급원의 기지의 중량과 비교하여 그 차이를 계산하기 위해 상기 유체 공급원 및 상기 저장기와 연결된 제어기를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제어기가 상기 차이를 설정값과 비교하도록 작동하는 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1도관을 개폐하기 위한 밸브를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 밸브는 상기 제어기와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 전자 수단은 상기 차이가 상기 설정값을 초과할 경우에 상기 밸브를 폐쇄하도록 작동하는 시스템.
- 환자의 자궁강으로 유체를 전달하는 것을 필요로 하는 자궁경검사 절차에 유용한 유체 전달 시스템으로서, -기지의 크기를 갖는 생리학적으로 적합한 유체의 제1스트림을 환자의 자궁강내로 주입하기 위한 제1도관; -상기 자궁강으로부터 상기 유체의 제2스트림을 인출하기 위한 제2도관; -상기 유체의 제2스트림의 크기를 측정하여 상기 제2스트림의 크기와 상기 제1스트림의 기지의 크기와의 차이를 측정하기 위한 수단; 및 -상기 차이가 설정값을 초과하는 경우에 상기 제1스트림의 유동을 종료시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
