Abstract

본 발명은 셀롤라 시스템내에서 이동장치(412)의 위치를 결정하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 공통위상을 가진 동기화된 신호는 시스템내의 각 기지국(400, 401, 402)에서 발생된다. 이동장치(412)는 신호음을 전송한다. 각 기지국(400, 401, 402)은 위상 오프셋을 발생시키기 위해 신호음의 위상을 동기화된 신호의 공통위상에 비교한다. 시스템 제어기는 제1기지국(400)의 위상 오프셋 및 제2기지국(401)의 위상 오프셋사이의 차를 비교하여, 제1기지국(400) 및 이동장치(412) 사이의 거리와 제3기지국(402) 및 위치의 쌍곡 또는 선형 라인을 한정하는 이동장치(412) 사이의 거리차를 결정한다. 시스템 제어기는 제1 및 제2쌍곡선의 교점을 결정하여, 이동장치(412)의 위치를 결정한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 다수의 기지국을 사용하여 아날로그 셀룰라 시스템내에서 이동장치의 위치를 결정하는 방법에 있어서, 각각 소정의 위치를 가진 상기 각각의 다수의 기지국에 공통 위상을 가진 비교신호를 전송하는 단계와; 시변환 위치를 가진 이동장치로부터 신호를 전송하는 단계와; 상기 각각의 다수의 기지국에서 상기 신호를 수신하여, 상기 각각의 다수의 기지국에 위상차를 발생시키기 위해 상기 비교신호의 공통위상과 상기 신호의 위상을 비교하는 단계와; 상기 이동장치 및 상기 다수의 기지국중 상기 제3기지국으로부터의 거리와 상기 이동장치 및 제3위치곡선을 한정하는 상기 다수의 기지국중 상기 제1기지국으로부터의 거리사이의 제3거리차를 계산하는 단계와; 상기 이동장치 및 상기 다수의 기지국중 상기 제1기지국과 상기 이동장치 및 제1위치곡선을 한정하는 상기 다수의 기직국중 제1기지국사이의 거리차를 계산하는 단계와; 상기 이동장치 및 상기 다수의 기지국중 상기 제2기지국으로부터의 거리와 상기 이동장치 및 제2위치곡선을 한정하는 상기 다수의 기지국중 제3기지국으로부터의 거리사이의 제2거리차를 계산하는 단계와; 상기 제1위치곡선, 상기 제2위치곡선 및 상기 제3위치곡선의 교점에 기초하여 상기 이동장치의 위치를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동장치의 위치를 결정하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 기지국에서 상기 수신된 신호의 신호품질 인덱스를 측정하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 제1기지국, 상기 제2기지국 및 상기 제3기지국에 대응하는 상기 신호품질 인덱스는 양호한 신호품질을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동장치의 위치를 결정하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 통신채널을 통해 상기 이동장치 및 상기 제1기지국사이에 쌍방향 통신을 결정하는 단계와; 상기 제1기지국으로부터의 제1통신신호음을 상기 이동장치에서 수신하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 신호는 상기 제1통신신호의 복사신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동장치의 위치를 결정하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 신호를 전송하기 전에 소정 위치결정 채널로 변화시키기 위해 상기 제1기지국에 의해 상기 이동장치를 명령하는 단계와; 상기 신호를 전송한 후 상기 통신채널로 변화시키기 위해 상기 제1기지국에 의해 상기 이동장치를 명령하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동장치의 위치를 결정하는 방법.
