Abstract
불소폴리머 복합튜브 제조방법은 불소폴리머 기질(14)을 형성하는 단계, 열경화성 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체층(16)을 형성하고 화학결합시키는 단계로 이루어진다. 불소폴리머 기질(14)은 기질과 접촉하는 전하를 띤 가스대기에 기질을 노출시킴으로써 활성화 된다. 이후에 열경화성 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체층이 활성화된 불소폴리머기질에 적용되어 강한 화학결합을 하게 된다. 이온화 단계는 혼성가스플라즈마 방전 또는 전기적으로 형성된 플라즈마로 기술될 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 정전기 방전 및 탄화수소계 증발성 방출물에 대한 저항성을 가진 불화탄소 내부층, 불화탄소층 상부에 일체로 화학결합된 열경화성 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체 외부층으로 구성된 연료파이프를 기술한다. 불소폴리머층은 탁월한 내화학성을 가진다.

Claims (28)
- 제1불소폴리머 기질층을 형성하고; 표면과 접촉하는 가스를 전기적으로 이온화시킴으로써 전하를 띠고 활성인 가스대기에 표면을 노출시킴으로써 상기 불소폴리머 기질의 한 표면을 화학적으로 활성화시키고; 그리고 열경화성 폴리머와 열가소성 탄성중합체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제2폴리머층을 화학적으로 활성화된 불소폴리머 기질에 적용함으로써 층간에 화학결합을 형성하는 단계로 구성된 적층제품 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 폴리머가 열경화성 탄성중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적층제품에 열을 가하는 단계를 더욱 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적층제품에 압력을 가하는 단계를 더욱 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소폴리머의 한 표면을 활성화시키는 단계를 다욱 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 표면을 혼성가스플라즈마 방전에 노출시킴으로써 상기 불소폴리머층의 한 표면을 활성화 시키는 단계를 더욱 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 1내지 50선형 피트/분 속도로 상기 불소폴리머 기질을 상기 혼성가스플라즈마 방전을 통해 이동시키는 단계를 더욱 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 표면을 상기 혼성플라즈마 방전에 노출시키는 단계가 주변온도 및 압력에서 상기 표면을 상기 혼성가스플라즈마 방전에 노출시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소폴리머기질이 튜부임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적층단계에 앞서 상기 경화성 탄성중합체에 경화제를 처가하는 단계를 더욱 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소폴리머기질이 일체형 다층튜브이며 내부층은 전도성 불소폴리머이고 외부층은 비전도성 불소폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 불소폴리머 내부층, 상기 불소폴리머기질의 외부표면에 적용되어 화학적으로 결합된 열경화성 폴리머나 열가소성 탄성중합체로된 폴리머층으로 구성된 튜브.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 폴리머층이 열경화성 탄성중합체임을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 불소폴리머층이 압출되고 그 불소폴리머층상에 열경화성 탄성중합체층이 압출됨을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 탄성중합체가 경화자리 모노머와 함께 에틸렌과 메틸아크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 불소폴리머가 에틸렌-테타르플루오로에틸렌 폴리머를 포함하고 상기 열경화성 탄성중합체가 경화자리 모노머와 함께 에틸렌과 메틸 아크릴레이트의 공중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 불소폴리머층이 전도성 불소폴리머 내부층과 열경화성 탄성중합체가 적용되는 비전도성 불소폴리머 외부층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제1 및 제 2면을 가진 불소폴리머층; 제1 및 제2면을 가지며 열경화성 폴리머나 열가소성 탄성중합체로된 폴리머층. 상기 폴리머의 제1면은 상기 불소폴리머의 상기 제1면에 접촉하여 화학적으로 결합된다; 그리고 상기 불소폴리머층이 및 상기 폴리머층의 상기 제2면들간에 포함된 보강재로 구성된 적층제품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 폴리머가 열경화성 탄성중합체임을 특징으로 하는 적층제품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 보강재가 끈을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 적층제품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 보강재가 상기 층들의 상기 제1면들의접합부에 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 적층제품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 보강재가 상기 열경화성 탄성중합체층에 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 적층제품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 탄성중합체층이 두 개 이상의 열경화성 탄성중합체층을 포함하며 상기 보강재가 상기 열경화성 탄성중합체층 사이에 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 적층제품.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 보강재가 끈을 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 적층제품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 적층제품이 튜브임을 특징으로 하는 적층제품.
