Abstract

본 발명은 광학적 수법에 의해서 정보신호의 판독을 행하기 위해서 반사층을 내포하는 광학적 정보 기록 매체에 관한다. 이 광학적 정보 기록 매체는, 플라스틱 기판으로 이루어진다. 이 발명에서는, 그 광학적 정보 기록 매체의 기록 내용이, 예를 들면 게임프로그램인가 음악정보인가등, 어떠한 종류의 정보인가를 인간의 시각에 의해서 순간에 판단할 수 있도록 기판에 염료를 혼입시켜 착색한다. 통상 염료등의 불순물을 혼입시키면 판독장치의 광학계에 영향을 주어, 판독이 곤란하게 되지만, 염료의 입자직경을 50㎛이하로 하는 것으로, 광학계에의 영향을 배제할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 색소의 혼입에 의해 착색된 플라스틱 기판상에 광학적으로 정보신호의 판독이 행하여지는 신호 기록부가 형성되게 되고, 상기 플라스틱 기판에 혼입하는 색소 입자의 크기가 50㎛이하로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록 매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 기판에 요철 피트가 형성되고, 그 위에 반사층이 형성되어 신호 기록부로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 기록 매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 기판이 폴리카보네이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록 매체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색소가 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록 매체.
  5. 색소를 분산매체로 분산한 후, 필터에 의해 굵고 큰 입자를 제거하여 색소의 최대 입자직경이 50㎛이하로 조제된 액상 착색제에 있어서, 상기 액상 착색제를 사출성형기의 수지 투입호퍼로 공급하면서 플라스틱 기판을 사출성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
