Abstract

드로어 커넥터를 구성하는 숫자형 커넥터(10) 및 암컷형 커넥터(20)의 각 단자 수납부(11a) 및 (21a)에 제1센서단자(50)와 제2센서단자(70)를 장착치하고, 숫컷형 단자(40)가 암컷형 단자(60)와 유효 끼워맞춤 길이로 결합하였을 때, 제1센서단자(50)와 제2센서단자(70)가 도통하도록 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 대략 원통상을 이루는 암컷형 단자를 설치한 암컷형 커넥터와, 상기 암컷용 단자에 기워맞춤하는 대략 판상의 숫컷형 단자를 설치한 숫컷형 커넥터와를 구비하는 커넥터장치에 있어서, 암컷형단자에 숫컷형단자의 유효 끼워맞춤부가 끼워맞춤한 결합완료상태를 검지하기 위한 커넥터 결합센서를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 커네터 결합센서를 암컷형 커넥터 및 숫컷형 커넥터의 각 극성부에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 커넥터 결합센서는 대략 판상의 제1센서단자와 상기 암수의 커넥터 사이에서 결합완료상태로 되었을 때, 제1센서단자에 접촉하여 도통 상태로 되는 제2센서단자와를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 숫컷형 커넥터의 극성부에 제1센서단자를 삽입장치하기 위한 센서단자 수납부를 일체로 설치함과 동시에, 이 센서단자 수납부의 일부도 제1센서단자의 선단부를 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동맞춤 커넥터로서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터장치.
