Abstract

본 발명은 기판상에 광투과도가 65내지 90%인 금속 박막층, 가고분자 수지와 광을 흡수하여 발열하는 색소중에서 선택된 적어도 한 물질을 함유하고 있는 완충층, 반사층 및 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있는 광기록 매체를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 보존 안정성이 우수하고 양호한 투광특성을 보유함으로써 상용 CD와 호환가능한 광기록매체를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 기판상에 광투과도가 65내지 90%인 금속 박막층, 고분자 수지와 광을 흡수하여 발열하는 색소중에서 선택된 적어도 한 물질을 함유하고 있는 완충층, 반사층 및 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있는 광기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 박막층의 두께가 0.1∼10㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 박막층이 Al, Ni, Pd, Co, Cr, Cu, Pt, Ag, Fe, Ti, Ta, Tn 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 완충층이 고분자 수지와 이를 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 5중량%의 색소를 함유하는 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지의 유리전이온도가 50∼180℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 완충층의 두께가 20 내지 60㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사층이 Au, Al, Ni, Pd, Cu, Pt, Ag, Fe 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사층의 두께가 50 내지 150㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층의 두께가 10∼20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
