Abstract

본 발명은 배기가스중에 포함되는 액체입자상 물질을 연속적으로 측정하는 것이 가능한 배기가스측정장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서는 추출관(47)에 의하여 추출된 배기가스중의 매연을 고온의 파티큐레이트필터(34)에 의하여 제거하고, 냉각용 희석공기공급관(50)에 의하여 공급되는 공기로 52℃이하로 냉각하고, 불소수지로 이루어지는 액체입자상 물질용 필터(48)를 통과시키고 이때에 필터(48)에 의하여 액체입자상 물질의 포착량에 비례한 입차를 차압계(49)에 의하여 발생시켜 측정하도록 한 것이다.

제1도는 배기가스측정장치의 전체구성을 나타낸 배관도, 제2도는 배기가스의 추출을 위한 접속을 나타낸 요부확대배관도, 제3도는 액체입자상 물질의 측정을 위한 구성을 나타낸 요부확대배관도, 제4도는 액체입자상 물질측정용 필터의 평면도, 제5도는 동단면도, 제6도는 액체입자상 물질의 포착량에 대한 차압의 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 엔진의 배기가스중의 액체입자상 물질을 측정하는 배기가스 측정장치에 있어서, 상기 액체입자상 물질을 함유하는 배기가스가 통과하는 관로에 접속된 필터로서, 상기 액체입자상 물질이 침투하지 않는 재료로 이루어진 필터와, 상기 관로의 상기 필터의 상류측과 하류측의 차압을 계측하는 차압계를 각각 구바하고, 상기 차압계의 계측치로부터 배기가스중의 액체입자상 물질의 함유량을 측정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관로의 상기 액체입자상 물질이 침투하지 않는 필터의 상류측에 배기가스중의 그을음을 제거하는 필터가 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 측정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그을음을 제거하는 필터와 상기 액체입자상 물질이 침투하지 않는 필터와의 사이에 있어서, 상기 배기가스에 희석공기를 공급하여 상기 액체입자상 물질의 액화온도 이하로 낮추는 냉각수단이 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 측정장치.
