Abstract
동력 전달시 발생되는 트러스트에 의해 무단 변속기 이루어지도록하여 구성을 간단히할 수 있고, 동력손실을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 무단 변속장치를 제공할 목적으로; 헬리컬 기어로 이루어져 입력축상에 스플라인 결합되고, 출력축상에 회전 간섭없이 결합되어 그 중간부에 개재되는 동력원의 구동기어와 치합되는 제1, 2입력기어와; 상기 제1, 2입력기어의 축방향 이동에 연동되는 제1, 2가압부재와; 각각 고정 및 가동풀리로 이루어져 이의 가동풀 리가 상기 제1, 2가압부재에 의하여 작동될 수 있도록 입력축과 출력축상에 배치되어 상호 벨트로 연결되는 구동 및 종동풀리를 포함하여 이루어지는 무단 변속장치를 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 헬리컬 기어로 이루어져 입력축상에 스플라인 결합되고, 출력축상에 회전 간섭없이 결합되어 그 중간부에 개재되는 동력원이 구동기어와 치합되는 제1, 2입력기어와; 상기 제1, 2입력기어의 축방향 이동에 연동되는 제1, 2가압부재와; 각각 고정 및 가동풀리로 이루어져 이의 가동풀리가 상기 제1, 2가압부재에 의하여 작동될 수 있도록 입력축과 출력축상에 배치되어 상호 벨트로 연결되는 구동 및 종동풀리를 포함하여 이루어지는 무단 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가압부재는 다이어프렘형의 디스크 스프링으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가압부재와 접촉되는 제1, 2입력기구와, 구동 및 종동풀리에는 구름부재를 배치하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 구름부재는 트러스트 베어링으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구동 및 종동풀리는 입력축 및 출력축에 일체로 형성되는 고정풀리와, 입력축과 출력축상에 축방향 이동이 가능하도록 배치되는 이동풀리로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
