Abstract

본 발명은 리니어 압축기의 헤드커버 마멸방지장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 헤드 커버(15) 내에서 제1토출 밸브(16) 및 제2토출밸브(17) 및 스토퍼(18)가 탄성부재(19)와 함께 무수히 많은 횟수로 유동되기 때문에, 이와 같이 빈번한 유동으로 인해 헤드 커버(15)의 내주면이 깎이게 되어 압축공간(C) 또는 헤드 커버의 수납홈(15a) 내에 불순물이 발생하게 되어 냉매의 토출시 함께 토출되어 압축기 또는 냉장고의 시스템에 지대한 악영향을 끼치는 문제가 있는 바, 본 발명은 실린더(11)의 선단부 외주면에 토출밸브(16)(17) 및 스토퍼(18)의 마찰로부터 헤드 커버(15)의 내주면을 보호하고 밸브 및 스토퍼의 조립성을 향상시키도록 탄성 강판(31)을 구비함으로써 압축기의 구동시 헤드 커버의 내주면을 마멸시키는 토출밸브 및 스토퍼와의 마찰을 방지하여 헤드 커버의 내주면의 마멸로 인한 불순물의 발생을 방지함으로써 불순물이 냉매와 혼합되어 기기의 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하게 되어 압축기의 성능을 향상시키도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 실린더의 선단부 외주면에 토출밸브 및 스토퍼의 마찰로부터 헤드커버의 내주면을 보호하고 밸브 및 스터퍼의 조립성을 향상시키기 위한 탄성 강판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 헤드커버 마멸방지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 커버의 내주면에는 탄성 강판이 삽입가능하도록 안착홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 헤드커버 마멸방지장치.
