Abstract

펌프정지시에 펌프의 내부압을 흡입밸브에서 상류측에 달아나게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
전자코일에 왕복운동하는 피스톤에 리크소피스톤을 설치하고 이 리크소피스톤을 리크실린더에 접동자재되도록 삽입함과 동시에 그 리크소피스톤의 선단과 리크실린더가 1부로서 획성한 리크공간을 상기 흡입밸브에서 상류측에 접속된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전자코일에 단속전류의 통전으로 왕복운동되는 전자플러저와 이 전자플런저에 연동되어 실린더내를 왕복운동하는 피스톤과 이 피스톤과 협동으로 펌프작용을 하는 흡입밸브 및 배출밸브와 전자펌프정지시에 배출공을 닫는 차단밸브를 갖춘 전자펌프에 있어서 상기 피스톤의 선단에 리크소피스톤을 설치하여 당해 리크소피스톤은 리크실린더에 접동자재하도록 삽입함과 동시에 그 리크소피스톤의 선단과 리크실린더가 1부로 하여 획성한 리크공간을 상기 흡입밸브에서 상류측에 연통된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압력상승시간 조정장치를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자펌프.
