Abstract

본 발명은 경유대신에 액화석유가스를 연료로 사용하여 연소효율을 높이고 환경오염을 저감할 수 있는 농업용 트랙터의 엔진에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 엔진은, 흡기벨브(10) 및 배기밸브(12)가 설치된 실린더헤드(2)와, 크랭크축(26) 및 캠축(14)이 회전가능하게 장착되고 피스톤(20)을 수용하기 위한 다수의 실린더(16)를 지닌 실린더블록(6)과, 이 실린더블록(6)의 하부에 배치되어 캠축(14) 및 크랭크축(26)에 공급되는 윤활용 오일을 저장하는 오일팬(8)과, 라디에이터(28)에서 냉각된 냉각수를 실린더블록(6)과 실린더헤드(2)에 형성된 워터자켓(42)에 공급하는 워터펌프(30)와, 액화석유가스봄베(60)로부터 휠터(70)와 기상 및 액상 연료공급 밸브(72)(74)를 거쳐 유입된 액화석유가스를 예열하는 가온수단과, 가온수단에 의해 가열된 액화석유가스를 감압하여 기화하는 베이퍼라이저(82)와, 베이퍼라이저(82)를 지나면서 기화된 액화석유가스를 공기와 혼합하여 실린더블록(6)에 형성된 실린더(16)내로 공급하는 믹서(84)와, 실린더헤드(2)에 장착된 점화플러그(46)에 전기를 공급하는 배전기(100)와, 믹서(84)에 부착된 드로틀밸브(86)와 연동하면서 작업기의 부하변동에 따라 기관 회전수의 토오크를 일정하게 유지하는 조속기(99)로 구성된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 흡기밸브(10) 및 배기밸브(12)가 설치된 실린더헤드(2)와, 크랭크축(26) 및 캠축(14)이 회전가능하게 장착되고 피스톤(20)을 수용하기 위한 다수의 실린더(16)를 지닌 실린더블록(6)과, 가스봄베(60)로부터 휠터(70)와 기상 및 액상 연료공급 밸브(72) (74)를 거쳐 유입된 연료를 예열하는 가온수단과, 상기 가온수단에 의해 가열된 연료를 감압하여 기화하는 베이퍼라이저(82)와, 상기 베이퍼라이저(82)를 지나면서 기화된 연료를 공기와 혼합하여 상기 실린더블록(6)에 형성된 실린더(16)내로 공급하는 믹서(84)와, 상기 실린더헤드(2)에 장착된 점화플리그(46)에 전기를 공급하는 배전기(100)와, 상기 믹서(84)에 부착된 드로틀밸브(86)와 연동하면서 작업기의 부하변동에 따른 기관회전수와 토오크의 변화를 일정하게 유지하는 조속기(99)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 트랙터의 엔진.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(20)의 상부에는 토로이달 형태의 연소실을 제공하는 요홈(22)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 트랙터이 엔진.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더헤드(2)에 장착되는 점화플러그(46)는 부시(48)를 개재하여 압입 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 트랙터의 엔진.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가온수단은, 상기 수온조절기(32)의 하우징(34)에 연결된 출구포트(36)와, 상기 출구포트(36)와 연결된 공급호스(38)를 통해 유입된 고온의 냉각수에 의해 상기 액화석유가스봄베(60)로부터 유입된 액화석유가스를 예열하는 프리히터(80)와, 상기 프리히터(80)에서 배출된 냉각수가 상기 베이퍼라이저(82)를 경유하여 유입되는 입구포트(37)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 트랙터의 엔진.
