Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 도어트림용 부직포의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 부직포와 다른 중첩물과의 접착 방법을 개선함으로써 자동차 도어트림의 제조를 보다 용이하게 한 자동차 도어 트림용 부직포의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 자동차 도어 트림용 부직포는 저융점을 가진 PVC계 단섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌섬유와 폴리에스테르 단섬유가 중량비로 10 : 90 내지 50 : 50으로 혼합된 열융착 니들펀치 부직포의 양면에 PVC 또는 PVDC계 수성 바인더를 스프레이하여 제조되는 것이 특징이다.
본 발명에 따르면 자동차 도어트림의 제조에 있어서 본드 스프레이 공정을 생략할 수 있어서 공정중의 악취를 없앨 수 있고 공정 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 자동차 도어트림용 부직포가 제공되는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 자동차 도어 트림의 단면구조를 보여주는 도면이다, 제2도는 자동차 도어 트림의 최종 성형 구조 및 단면 구조를 보여주기 위한 도면이다, 제3도는 자동차 도어 트림의 용도 및 부착 구조를 보다 명확히 보여주기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 저융점을 가진 PVC계 단섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌 섬유와 폴리에스테르 단섬유가 중량비로 10 : 90 내지 50 : 50으로 혼합된 열융착 니들펀치 부직포의 양면에 PVC 또는 PVDC계 수성 바인더를 스프레이하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어트림용 부직포.
  2. 제1항의 부직포의 상, 하층에 PVC 시트 및 칩보드 등의 통상의 중첩물을 중첩시킨 다음 소정의 고온 금형 프레스에 의해 고주파 절단하면서 중첩물을 압착 및 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림의 제조방법.
