Abstract

본 발명은 라디칼촉매 존재하에 폴리올내 불포화 단량체를 중합반응시켜 폴리우레탄 제조용 폴리머/폴리올을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리에테르 폴리올에 지방산 또는 지방산 무수물을 용해시키고, 여기에 사슬전이 촉매를 첨가하여 폴리올 혼합물을 얻은 다음, 라디칼 촉매를 첨가한 이 불포화 단량체를 상기 폴리올 혼합물과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법에 관한 것이다,
본 발명에서 제조한 폴리머/폴리올을 가지고 고탄성, 난연성, 고인장 강도, 스카치가 없는(Scorch-Free)특성을 가지는 폴리우레탄 폼을 만들 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 라디칼촉매 존재하에 폴리올내 불포화 단량체를 중합반응시켜 폴리우레탄 폼 제조용 폴리머/폴리올을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리에테르 폴리올에 지방산 또는 지방산 무수물을 용해시키고, 여기에 사슬전이 촉매를 첨가하여 폴리올 혼합물을 얻은 다음, 라디칼 촉매를 첨가한 이 불포화 단량체를 상기 폴리올 혼합물과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌에티르 폴리올이 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜, 폴리옥시프로필렌글리폴, 폴리옥시부틸렌글리콜, 폴리옥시테트라에틸렌글리콜, 폴리옥시에틸프로필글리콜 코풀리머 중에서 선택되는 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산이 올레인산(Oleic acid)이거나, 지방산 무수물이 무수말레인산(Maleic anhydride) 또는 무수프탈산(Phthalic anhydride)인 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 단량체가 아크릴레이트, 메틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타아크릴레이트, 비닐리덴클로라이드, 부타디엔비닐에스테르, n-비닐카바졸, 비닐메틸케톤, n-메틸-n-아세트아미드디메틸말레이트, 비닐피리딘, n-비닐피롤비닐포스포네이트 중에서 선택되는 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 촉매가 아조계 촉매인 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 아조계 촉매가 아조비스-이소부티로니트릴, 1-t-부틸아조-1-시아노사이클로헥산, 1-t-아밀아조-1-시아노사이크로헥산, 2,2-아조비스-2,4-디메틸-4-메톡시발레노니트리, 및 2-t-부틸아조-2-이소부틸니트릴 중에서 선택되는 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 라디칼 촉매의 사용량이 0.3∼0.7wt%인 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 사슬전이 촉매가 머켑탄, 알코올, 케톤, 알데하이드, 벤젠과 그 유도체, 아세테이트산, 1,2-프로판디올, t-부틸에스테르, p-디옥산, 1-폐닐부틴, n,n-디메틸포름알데히드, 2-헥산, 1-나프톨, α-톨루엔-티올, 카본테트라브로마이드 및 이소프필알콜중에서 선택되는 폴리머/폴리올의 제조방법.
