Abstract

본 발명은 접착층을 갖는 승화형 감열전사 잉크리본에 관한 것으로서, 이면에 내열층이 형성된 기재필름상에 잉크층이 형성되어 있는 잉크리본에서 기재필름과 잉크층 사이에 새로운 조성의 접착층을 형성하여서 잉크층과 기재필름과의 사이에 접착력을 크게 향상시키므로써 감열전사시 잉크층이 기재필름으로부터 떨어지는 현상을 방지하도록 개선한 승화형 감열전사 잉크리본에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따라 접착층이 형성되어 있는 승화형 감열전사 잉크리본의 단면구조를 나타낸 구조도이고, 제2도는 제1도에서 추가로 역전사차단층이 형성된 경우의 단면구조도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 이면에 내열층이 형성되어 있는 기재필름상에 접착층과 잉크층이 차례로 형성된 승화형 감열전사 잉크리본에 있어서, 상기 접착층이 p-클로로페놀과 비닐클로라이드-비닐아세테이트의 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 접착층을 갖는 승화형 감열전사 잉크리본.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 p-클로로페놀과 비닐클로라이드-비닐아세테이트 공중합체는 p-클로로페놀 100 중량부에 대해 비닐클로라이드-비닐아세테이트 공중합체가 15∼80중량부의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착층을 갖는 승화형 감열전사 잉크리본.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 p-클로로페놀과 비닐클로라이드-비닐아세테이트 공중합체를 합친 총고형분 농도가 1∼10중량%인 농도의 코팅액으로 코팅하고 건조시켜서 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 접착층을 갖는 승화형 감열전사 잉크리본.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재필름과 접착층 사이에는 역전사차단층이 추가로 형성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 접착층을 갖는 승화형 감열전사 잉크리본.
