Abstract

본 발명은 경사플랫튜브형 열교환기에 관한 것으로 특히 열교환기 효율 향상을 위하여 플랫튜브와 주름판에 표면에 생기는 응축수가 자유낙하에 의하여 흘러내리며 원할하게 제거되도록 제1, 2헤더에 형성되는 다수개의 연결구멍을 경사지게 형성하여 플랫튜브를 구비하고, 제1, 2헤더와 플랫튜브의 단면부를 개선하여 구비한 것이다.

제4도는 본 발명의 응축기로써, (가)는 제1, 2헤더에 형성된 연결구멍과 플랫튜브가 분리된 사시도, (나)는 플랫튜브가 α의 경사각으로 경사진 상태도, (다)는 플랫튜브의 단면도, (라)는 제1, 2헤더의 단면과 플랫튜브의 상태도.

Claims (3)

  1. 플랫튜브와 주름판의 표면에 생기는 응축수가 자유낙하에 의하여 흘러내리며 원할하게 제거되도록 제1, 2헤더에 형성되는 다수개의 연결구멍을 경사지게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 경사플랫튜브형 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플랫튜브는 열전달이 활발히 일어나는 입구측에 단면부의 냉매구멍이 넓게 형성되도록 냉매구멍을 A1>A2>A3…>An으로 구비함을 특징으로 하는 경사플랫튜브형 열교환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1, 2헤더는 플랫튜브가 용이하게 제작 설치되고 내압에 견딜 수 있도록 직선부와, 모서리를 곡선부의 단면으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 경사플랫튜브형 열교환기.
