Abstract

본 발명은 PVC수도관의 연결부 외주면에 PVC용 접착제를 도포한 다음 이를 이음구 본체와 고무링 사이에 삽입시켜 체결캡을 나사조입하여 PVC수도관을 이어주는 방법 및 구조에 관한 것으로서, PVC 수도관(1)은 PVC용 접착제(5)에 함유된 유기용제의 강력한 침투성과 용해성으로 인하여 그 외주면이 변화되어 불규칙인 면을 형성하게 되고 상기 고무링(3)은 불규칙인 면이 형성된 PVC 수도관(1)과 이음구 본체(2) 사이에서 압착됨과 아울러 PVC 수도관(1)과 고무링(3)의 사이는 접착제(5)가 채워져 빈공간이 없어지게 되므로, 수도관의 이음부위의 밀봉효과가 향상되고 PVC 수도관(1)과 이음구의 이완도 방지되게 되는 잇점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 항성수지체 수도관의 연결부위에 합성수지제용 접착제를 도포하고 이음구본체 내부에 고무링을 삽입한 다음 상기의 접착제가 도포된 수도관의 일단을 이음구본체내로 끼우고 상기 이음구 본체에 체결캡을 나사조임하여 합성수지제 수도관을 이어주는 합성수지제 수도관의 이음방법.
  2. 합성수지제 수도관의 연결부위에 씌워지는 이음구 본체와, 합성수지제 수도관과 이음구 본체 사이에 위치되는 고무링과, 상기 이음구 본체와 나사결합되어 상기 고무링을 압착시키는 체결캡으로 구성된 합성수지제 수도관의 이음구조에 있어서, 상기 고무링은 내주면에 요철부가 형성되고 합성수지제 수도관과 상기 고무링 사이에는 합성수지제용 접착제층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 수도관의 이음구조.
