Abstract

황산염 함량을 감소시키기 위한 알칸술포닐(ASC)의 정제 방법은 염화 알칸술포닐을 물 또는 pH가 -0.57 내지 7을 갖는 산 수용액으로써 세척하고 수성 상으로부터 정제된 염화 알칸술포닐을 분리하는 것으로 이루어진다.
상기 정제된 ASC는 총 가수분해에 의해, 저 함량의 황산을 가진 알칸술폰산으로 된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 염화물을 물 또는 pH가 -0.57 내지 7을 갖는 산 수용액으로부터 선택된 세척액과 접시켜두고, 대부분 용해된 황산염을 갖는 세척액으로부터 염화 알칸술포닐을 분리시켜서, 그로인해 처리된 염화 알칸술포닐의 황산염 함량을 감소시켜 처리되어, 상기 방법으로 정제되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 그의 황산염 함량을 감소시키기 위한, 염화 알칼술포닐(ASC)의 정제 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 물이 약 7의 pH를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산의 수용액이 pH 7의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 염화 알칸술포닐을 염화 메탄술포닐(MSC), 염화에탄술포닐(ESC) 및 염화프로판술포닐(PSC) 및 염화 n-부탄술포닐(BSC)로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 세척 액체를 정제되어야 할 염화 알칸술포닐 중량의 1 내지 50중량%의 범위의 양으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 양이 정제되어야할 염화 알칸술포닐 중량의 3 내지 7중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서, 0℃ 내지 50℃ 범위의 상 온도에서 세척액/염화 알칸술포닐을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 10 내지 20℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항에 있어서, 산의 수용액이 상기 수용액의 총 중량에 대해 18중량% 이하의 함량인 염산으로 이루어지고, 그로인해 pH -0.57 이상 내지 7 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 총 가수분해를 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 미리 정제된 염화 알칼술포닐상에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 저함량의 황산을 가진 알칼술포닐산의 제조방법.
