Abstract

본 발명은 고정자의 엔드코일의 내경치수를 보다 효과적으로 포밍할 수 있는 고정자 포밍지그에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 고정자 포밍지그는 적층철심 내의 슬롯에 1차권선과 2차권선의 권선각이 90° 또는 108°로 권취된 고정자에서 1차권선에 밀착하여 1차권선을 외향으로 밀어내어 적층철심의 상단에 설치된 엔드코일의 내경을 벌여 내경치수를 확보하기 위한 다수의 이너포머를 포함하는 고정자 포밍지그에 있어서, 상기 다수의 이너포머들이 서로 마주보는 이너포머들의 크기를 동일하되 인접한 이너포머와는 크기가 다르게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 적층철심 내의 슬롯에 1차권선과 2차권선의 권선각이 90° 또는 108°로 권취된 고정자에서 1차권선에 밀착하여 1차권선을 외향으로 밀어내어 적층철심의 상단에 설치된 엔드코일의 내경을 벌여 내경치수를 확보하기 위한 다수의 이너포머를 포함하는 고정자 포밍지그에 있어서, 상기 다수의 이너포머들이 서로 마주보는 이너포머들의 크기를 동일하되 인접한 이너포머와는 크기가 다르게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자 포밍지그.
