Abstract

표면에 복수의 색을 불균일하게 섞어서 마블라이징(Marbleizing) 모양을 나타내는 다색 봉상 화장료의 제조방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 각 배합탱크에서 혼합 용해된 적어도 두가지 이상의 단색의 기본원료를 노즐을 통해 봉상 화장료 성형용 금형에 충진시키되, 각 단색의 기본원료를 작은 방울형태로 분산시켜 충진시킴으로써 마블라이징 모양으로성형하도록 된 것이다.
따라서 적어도 두가지 기본 원료가 불규칙하게 일부 배합된 상태로 성형되는 것이므로 화장시 이들의 배합정도에 따라 다양한 색상을 쉽게 얻을 수 있고, 화장시간도 단축시켜 사용이 편리한효과가 있다.

제1도는 종래의 다색 봉상 화장료를 나타낸 정면도이다, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 다색 봉상 화장료의 제조방치를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 각 배합탱크에서 혼합 용해된 적어도 두가지 이상의 단색의 기본원료를 노즐을 통해 봉상 화장료 성형용 금형에 충진시키되, 각 단색의 기본 원료를 작은 방울형태로 분산시켜 충진시킴으로써 마블라이징 모양으로 성형함을 특징으로 하는 다색 봉상 화장료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기방울형태는, 노즐내에 적어도 두개 이상의 날개편을 갖는 회전체를 설치하여 회전시키고, 이 회전체의 상부로 각 단색의 기본원료를 공급하여 회전체의 날개편이 낙하하는 각 단색 기본원료를 쳐서 분산시킴으로써 만들어지는 다색 봉상 화장료의 제조방법.
  3. 각 단색의 기본원료를 용해시키기 위한 각 배합탱크; 상기 각 배합탱크와 연결되어 각 단색의 기본원료를 일정량씩 공급하기 위한 가압펌프; 및 상기 가압펌프에 의해 공급되어진 각 단색의 기본 원료를 작은 방울형태로 분산시켜 봉상 화장료 성형용 금형에 충진시키기 위한 노즐;을 포함하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 다색 봉상 화장료의 제조장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 주입관; 상기 주입관의 상단을 고정하는 홀더; 상기주입관의 배출 출구에 회전가능하게 설치되고 적어도 두개 이상의 날개편을 갖는 회전체; 상기 각 가압펌프와 연결되어 공급되어진 각 단색의 기본원료를 동시에 상기 회전체의 상부에 공급하기 위한 유도관; 및 상기 회전체를 회전시키기 위한 구동모터;로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다색 봉상 화장료의 제조장치.
