Abstract

금속 패널과 글랜드판의 사이의 간극을 막은 PC 카드 및 그를 위한 키트를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
PC 카드를 덮는 금속 패널 (11) 은 소켓 커넥터 (2) 에 부착되어 있는 글랜드 접촉부 (21) 를 노출되도록 수납하기 위한 내측 에지부가 형성되는 수용부 (18) 가 개설되고, 프레임 홀더 (4) 와 소켓 커넥터 (2) 중 적어도 어느 한쪽이 상기 금속 패널 (11) 의 수용부 (18) 의 내측 에지부에 밀접시키는 돌조부 (7B) 를 가지며, 그 돌조부 (7B) 가 글랜드판 (20) 의 굴곡부와 금속 패널 (11) 의 사이를 막고 있다.

PC 카드 및 그를 위한 프레임 키트
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
도 1 은 본 발명의 일 실시형태의 PC 카드의 전체를 도시한 사시도, 도 2 는 도 1 의 것을 상하 반대로 위치시켰을 때의 조립전에 있어서의 분해사시도, 도 3 은 도 1 의 것을 상하 반대로 위치시켰을 때의 III-III 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 카드내 기판과, 그 카드내 기판에 부착되는 소켓 커넥터와, 상기 카드내 기판 및 소켓 커넥터를 그들의 둘레부에서 지지하는 절연재로 이루어지는 프레임 홀더와, 상기 카드내 기판 상하면을 덮는 금속 패널을 갖는 PC 카드로서, 상기 소켓 커넥터는 상기 카드내 기판의 면에 형성된 신호 회로 및 글랜드 회로에 각각 접속되는 접속자 및 글랜드판을 구비하고, 그 접촉자는 PC 카드의 상대 커넥터와의 결합을 위한 접속부와 카드내 기판의 신호회로에 접촉하기 위한 접촉부를 가지며, 상기 그랜드판은 상기 상대 커넥터의 시일드판과 접촉하는 글랜드 접속부와 카드내 기판의 글랜드 회로에 접촉하기 위한 글랜드 단자부를 가지며, 글랜드 접속부가 소켓 커넥터의 외면에 위치하고, 글랜드 접속부로부터의 뻗어나옴부가 PC 카드내부에 진입하도록 굴곡 성형되어서 글랜드 단자부가 상기 회로기판에 접촉하도록 위치하여 있는 것에 있어서, 금속 패널은 글랜드 접촉부를 노출되도록 수납하기 위한 적어도 상기 뻗어나옴부에 형성된 굴곡부에 따른 내측 에지부가 형성되는 수용부가 개설되고, 프레임 홀더와 소켓 커넥터 중 적어도 어느 한쪽이 상기 금속 패널의 수용부의 내측 에지부에 밀접하게 한 돌조부를 가지며, 그 돌조부가 상기 글랜드판의 굴곡부와 금속 패널의 사이를 막고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 글랜드 접속부를 수납하는 수용부가 창부이며, 프레임 홀더와 소켓 커넥터에 돌조부가 형성되고, 양자의 돌조부가 상기 창부의 내측 에지부에 따라서 닫혀서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 글랜드 접속부를 수납하는 수용부가 소켓 커넥터 측으로 향하여 개방된 절결부이며, 프레임 홀더에 그 절결부의 내측 에지부에 따른 돌조부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 글랜드 접속부를 수납하는 수용부가 창부이며, 상기 창부의 내측 에지부에 따라서 닫혀서 형성되는 돌조부가 커넥터에 형성되고, 그 커넥터에는 상기 글랜드판의 굴곡부를 관통시키기 위한 슬릿상으로 관통시키는 삽입구멍이 상기 돌조부의 한 변에 따라서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 글랜드 접속부를 수납하는 수용부가 소켓 커넥터측으로 향하여 개방된 절결부이며, 그 절결부의 내측 에지부에 따른 돌조부가 커넥터에 형성되고, 그 커넥터에는 상기 글랜드판의 굴곡부를 관통시키기 위한 슬릿상으로 관통시키는 삽입구멍이 상기 돌조부의 한 변을 따라서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드.
  6. 글랜드판을 구비한 커넥터가 회로기판에 부착되어 형성되는 기판 조립체를 둘레 에지부에서 지지하기 위한 절연재로 이루어지는 프레임 홀더와, 상기 기판 조립체의 상하면을 거의 전면적으로 덮는 상태에서 결합가능한 금속판으로 성형된 한쌍의 금속 패널을 구비한 PC 카드용 프레임 키트로서, 상기 글랜드판이 상기 상대 커넥터의 시일드판과 접속하는 접속부와 카드내 기판의 글랜드 회로에 접촉하기 위한 글랜드 단자부를 가지며, 글랜드 접속부가 소켓 커넥터의 외면에 위치하고, 글랜드 접속부로부터의 뻗어나옴부가 PC 카드 내부에 진입하도록 굴곡성형되어서 글랜드 단자부가 상기 회로 기판에 접촉하도록 위치하고 있는 것에 있어서, 금속 패널은 글랜드 접촉부를 노출시키기 위한 적어도 상기 뻗어나옴부에 형성된 굴곡부에 따른 내측 에지부가 형성되는 수용부가 개선되고, 프레임 홀더가 상기 금속 패널의 내측 에지부에 밀접시키는 돌조부를 가지며, 그 돌조부가 상기 글랜드판 굴곡부와 금속 패널의 사이를 막고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 용 프레임 키트.
