Abstract

본 발명은 자기 테이프에 신호를기록하거나 자기테이프의 신호를 재생하는데 사용되는 자기기록재생장치의 텐션제어장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 자기테이프와 헤드드럼조립체 표면사이의 압력을 일정하게 제어함으로써 신호의 기록과 재생의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 자기기록재생장치의 테이프의 텐션 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 메인베이스에 고정되는 하부드럼(30)과, 하부드럼(30)을 회전가능하게 관통하는 주축(50)과, 주축(50)의 상단에 고정되어 주축과 함께 회전하며 상부드럼(40)과, 주축(50)의 하단에 연결되어 주축에 회전력을 부여하는 전기모터로 이루어진 헤드드럼조립체를 구비하여 헤드드럼조립체의 주연에 접촉이동하는 자기테이프에 신호를 기록하거나 자기테이프의 신호를 재생하는 자기기록재생장치에 있어서, 상기 상부드럼(40)의 내측에서 주축(50)에 의해 회전하며 압력을 발생하는 압력발생수단(70)과, 상기 하부드럼에 형성되어 압력발생수단에서 발생된 압력을 헤드드럼조립체의 반경방향 외측으로 배출하되, 테이프 배출단으로 갈수록 점차 큰 압력을 배출하게되는 다수의 배출홈(80)과, 상부드럼(40)의 상부에 형성되어 외부의 공기를 상부드럼(40)내로 도입시키는 연통공(42)을 구비함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 메인베이스에 고정되는 하부드럼(30)과, 하부드럼(30)을 회전가능하게 관통하는 주축(50)과, 주축(50)의 상단에 고정되어 주축과 함께 회전하며 상부드럼(40)과, 주축(50)의 하단에 연결되어 주축에 회전력을 부여하는 전기모터로 이루어진 헤드드럼조립체를 구비하여 헤드드럼조립체의 주연에 접촉이동하는자기테이프에 신호를 기록하거나 자기테이프의 신호를 재생하는 자기기록재생장치에 있어서, 상기 상부드럼(40)의 내측에서 주축(50)에 의해 회전하며 압력을 발생하는 압력 발생수단(70)과, 상기 하부드럼에 형성되어 압력발생수단에서 발생된 압력을 헤드드럼조립체의 반경방향 외측으로 배출시키는 다수의 배출홈(80)과, 상부드럼(40)의 상부에 형성되어 외부의 공기를 상부드럼(40)내로 도입시키는 연통공(42)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 자기기록재생장치의 테이프 텐션 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력발생수단(70)은 주축(50)에 고정되는 고정부(72)와, 외주연에 풍력발생을 하부로 집중시키는 나선형 요홈(76)을 갖는 원통형부재(74)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자기기록재생장치의 테이프 텐션 제어장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 요홈(76)은 오른나사방향의 나선형으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기기록재생장치의 테이프 텐션 제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 배출홈(80)은 상부드럼(40)의 상단에 일정한 각도로 배열되고, 진입단으로부터 배출단으로 갈수록 점차 압력 배출 단면적이 크게 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기기록재생장치의 테이프 텐션 제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 배출홈(80)은 상부드럼(40)의 상단에 형성되고, 진입단으로부터 배출단으로 갈수록 인접하는 배출홈간의 각도가 점차 작아지게 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 자기기록재생장치의 테이프 텐션 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수이 배출홈(80)은 진입단으로부터 배출단으로 갈수록 점차 압력 배출 단면적이 크게 구성됨과 동시에 인접하는 배출홈간의 각도가 점차 작아지게 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 자기기록재생장치의 테이프 텐션 제어장치.
