Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 디스크장치에 있어서의 디스크 클램프구조의 개량에 관한 것으로, 디스크장치에 있어서, 클램프에는 나사 삽입구멍이 형성되며, 이것들의 나사 삽입구멍에 나사가 삽입되며, 스핀들에 대하여 체결된다. 상기 클램프표면에 있어서, 나사머리의 하면이 접촉되어 클램프를 밀어누르지만, 이때의 나사와 클램프의 접속영역이 나사머리의 하면 전체가 아닌 일부분의 영역에서 클램프와 접촉하며, 클램프를 밀어누른다. 나사의 체결에 의해 발생하는 휨은 나사 접속영역에만 가해지기 때문에 클램프의 외주부의 비접촉부에 있어서 휨은 분산되며, 그 결과 디스크에 발생하는 휨, 굽음등은 감소된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 디스크 신호 기록매체를 회전하며, 상기 디스크위를 부양하는 신호 변환기에 의해 디스크위의 트랙에 기록된 신호를 판독하며, 또는 트랙위에 신호를 기록하는 디스크장치로서, 1매이상의 디스크를 모터의 구동에 의해 회전하는 스핀들에 고정하는 디스크장치에 있어서; 상기 스핀들주위에 스핀들과 일체로 회전가능하게 고정장착되는 1매 이상의 디스크와; 상기 스핀들의 단면에서 디스크를 스핀들에 대해 밀어붙여 고정하는 클램프와; 상기 디스크를 스핀들에 대해 밀어붙여 고정하는 클램프를 스핀들에 대하여 고정하기 위해 사용되는 복수개의 고정나사를 구비하며; 상기 클램프에 상기 고정나사를 삽입하기 위한 삽입구멍의 나사 삽입 측면에서 나사 체결상태에서 나사와 클램프 표면사이에 일부 공간영역이 형성되도록 클램프에 단차를 마련하는 클램프구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단차는 클램프의 나사 삽입구멍 주위의 스핀들 중심축측이 나사와 클램프 표면과의 접촉영역을 형성하며, 나사 삽입구멍 주위의 스핀들 중심축으로부터 떨어진 측이 상기 나사와 클램프와의 비접촉영역으로 되도록 구성된 단차인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클램프와 디스크 사이에는 균일하게 디스크를 억제하기 위한 링 부재를 끼어넣어 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클램프주위에는 2매 이상의 디스크가 고정되며, 디스크 상호간에는 소정의 간격을 유지하여 클램프주위에 고정하기 위한 스페이서를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 클램프 주위에는 2매 이상의 디스크가 고정되며, 디스크 상호간에는 소정의 간격을 유지하여 클램프주위에 고정하기 위한 스페이서를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장치.
