Abstract

본 발명은 테이프 레코더의 핀치롤러 조립체를 개시한다.
본 발명은 지지축상에 회전 가능하게 끼워 삽입되는 몸체와, 이 몸체의 상부에 연장 형성되는 걸림 플랜지와, 몸체의 하부에 상대적으로 작은 직경으로 연장 형성되는 보스를 갖는 회전부재와; 회전부재의 몸체 외주면에 끼워 삽입되어 슬리브의 내주면과 접촉되며, 핀치롤러에 비하여 상대적으로 작은 경도를 갖는 원통형 러버와; 회전부재의 보스에 끼워 삽입되어 원통형 러버의 하부 이탈을 방지하는 하부캡을 포함하여 된 것으로서, 원통형 러버와 회전부재간의 조립의 용이하여 조립성이 향상된 것이며, 특히 회전부재와 원통형 러버간의 슬립을 방지할 수 있어 원통형 러버의 고유 특성인 자동조심 능력의 열화를 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 캡스턴축에 밀착 회전되어 테이프를 소정장력으로 이송시키는 핀치롤러와, 이 핀치롤러의 내주면에 마련된 금속재으 슬리브와, 상기 핀치롤러를 베이스상에 돌출 설치된 지지축에 회전 가능하게 지지하는 지지수단을 포함하는 테이프 레코더의 핀치롤러 조립체에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은, 상기 지지축(30)상에 회전 가능하게 끼워 삽입되는 몸체(41)와, 이 몸체(41)의 상부에 연장 형성되는 걸림 플랜지(42)와, 상기 몸체(41)의 하부에 상대적으로 작은 직경으로 연장 형성되는 보스(43)를 갖는 회전부재(40)와; 상기 회전부재(40)의 몸체(41) 외주면에 끼워 삽입되어 상기 슬리브(21)의 내주면과 접촉되며, 상기 핀치롤러(20)에 비하여 상대적으로 작은 경도를 갖는 원통형 러버(50)와; 상기 회전부재(40)의 보스(43)에 끼워 삽입되어 상기 원통형 러버(50)의 하부 이탈을 방지하는 하부캡(60)을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 핀치롤러 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전부재(40)의 걸림 플랜지(41) 하면과, 상기 하부캡(60)의 상면에 상기 지지축(30)을 중심으로 복수개의 돌기(44,61)를 등간격으로 마련하여 된 테이프 레코더의 핀치롤러 조립체.
