Abstract

전자사진방식의 소형 화상형성장치에 아주 적당한 대전장치에 관한 것이다.
대전장치는 소정의 간격을 두고 배치된 한쌍의 지지부와, 이 한쌍의 지지부중 한쪽에 일단이 걸어맞추어지고 그 한쪽의 지지부로부터 다른쪽의 지지부로 향해서 걸쳐지고 그 다른쪽의 지지부에 의해 도중부가 유지된 방전 와이어(170)를 구비하고 있다. 이 방전와이어(170)의 타단에는 코일용수철(195)의 한쪽 단말이 연결되고, 이 코일용수철(195)의 다른쪽 단말은 전극걸어맞춤부(172),(173)에 걸어맞추어진다.
또한, 전극(190)은 지지부근방에 걸어맞추어진다.

Claims (6)

  1. 소정의 간격을 두고 배치된 한쌍의 지지부와, 이 한쌍의 지지부중 한쪽에 일단이 걸어맞추어지고 그 한쪽의 지지부로부터 다른쪽의 지지부로 향해서 걸쳐지고 그 다른쪽의 지지부에 의해 도중부가 유지된 방전 와이어(170)와, 이 방전와이어(170)의 타단에 한쪽단말이 연결되고 방전와이어(170)에 장력을 부여하는 코일용수철(195)과, 이 코일용수철(195)의 다른쪽 단말이 걸어맞추어지는 걸어맞춤부를 구비한 전극(190)과, 이 전극(190)을 상기한 다른쪽의 짖부 근방에 있어서 걸어맞추는 전극걸어맞춤부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 대전장치의 프레임(150)을 다시또 포함하고 전극걸어맞춤부는 프레임(150)의 저면부에 설치된 전극걸어맞춤판(172), (173)을 포함하고 이 전극걸어맞춤판(172),(173)은 개방구(176),(177)를 갖고 있고, 상기한 전극(190)은 상기한 전극걸어맞춤판(172),(173)에 맞닿는 기초대부(191)와 이 기초대부(191)에 세워설치되고 상기 한 개방구(176),(177)에 진입하는 진입부 (192)를 갖고 있고 이 진입부(192)의 선단에 걸어 맞춤부(193)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 개방구(176),(177)가 형성된 전극걸어맞춤판(172),(173)은 한쌍의 지지부의 양쪽의 근방에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 한쌍의 지지부가 전극걸어맞춤판(172),(173)의 선단가장자리에 세워설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 대전장치의 프레임(150)을 다시또 포함하고, 프레임(150)에는 방전와이어(170), 코일용수철(195), 및 전극(190)이 배치되는 대전장치배치를 (155)과 브러시 부재(182)가 부착되어야 할 브러시유지부(156)가 일체적으로 인접해서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 브러시유지부(156)는 브러시부재(182)의 부착판부(185)가 삽입되는 유지공간(168)과 이 유지공간(168)에 임하도록 부착판부(185)의 삽입방향에 따라 각각 형성되고 부착판부(185)의 삽입방향과 교차하는 방향으로서 방전와이어(170)의 연장방향에 따르는 방향으로 배열된 복수의 볼록한부(250), (251),(252),(253),(254)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전장치.
