Abstract

혼합 화합물 및 알콜을 기체 상에서 분자간 탈수 반응을 일으킴으로써 임의의 부가적 원재료 또는 임의의 용매를 사용하지 않고 한 단계에서 3급 아민 화합물을 수득하기 위한 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은 촉매로서 알칼리 금속 원소 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 원소 및 규소 함유의 산화물을 사용한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하기 화학식 (1)로 나타내는 2급 아민 화합물을 하기 화학식(2)로 나타내는 알콜과 알칼리 금속 원소 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 원소 및 규소 함유의 산화물 촉매 존재하에 기체 상에서 분자 간 탈수 반응을 시킴을 포함하는 하기 화학식(3)으로 나타내는 3급 아민 화합물의 제조법:
    〔상기 식 중에서, Z1및 Z2은 각기 독립적으로 유기 잔기이고, 서로 결합하여 환을 형성할 수 있고, R은 수소 원자 또는 치환체(들)을 가질 수 있는 1 내지 6의 탄소수를 갖는 탄화수소기이다.〕.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2급 아민 화합물이 하기 화학식 (4)로 나타내는 화합물이고, 3급 아민 화합물기가 하기 화학식 (5)로 나타내는 화합물인 제조법:
    〔상기 식 중에서, ℓ및 m은 동시에 0이 아닌 조건하에서 각기 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고, R1및 R2은 ℓ이 0일때 R1이 수소 원자가 아니고, m이 0일때 R2이 수소 원자가 아닌 조건하에서, 각기 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 치환체 (들)을 가질 수 있는 1 내지 6의 탄소수를 갖는 탄화수소기이며, R은 화학식(2)에 주어진 바와 동일한 정의를 가진다〕.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 2급 아민 화합물이 하기 화학식(6)으로 나타내는 화합물이고, 3급 아민 화합물이 하기 화학식(7)로 나타내는 화합물인 제조법:
    〔상기 식 중에서, p 및 q는 각기 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고, R3및 R4은 R3및 R4간의 결합이 N, O 및 S로부터 선택된 헤테로 원자를 함유할 수 있고, 불포화 결합을 함유할 수 있으며, 방향족 고리로 축합될 수 있는 조건하에서, 각기 독립적으로 치환체(들)을 가질 수 있는 1 내지 6의 탄소수를 가는 탄화수소기이며, 서로 결합하여 N과 함께 5원 내지 7원의 환을 형성할 수 있고, R은 화학식(2)에서와 동일한 의미를 가진다〕.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 하기 화학식(8)로 나타내는 산화물인 제조법:
    MaSibXcOd(8)
    〔상기 식 중에서, M은 알칼리 금속 원소 및 토금속 원소에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고; Si는 규소이며; X는 B, A1 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고; 0는 산소이며; a=1일때, b는 1-500이고, c가 0-1이며, d는 a,b 및 c값과 각 구성 원소의 결합 상태에 의해 결정되는 조건 하에서, a, b, c 및 d는 각기 M, Si, X 및 0의 원자 번호이다〕.
  5. 하기 화학식 (1)로 나타내는 2급 아민 화합물을 하기 화학식(2)로 나타내는 알콜과 알칼리 금속 원소 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 원소 및 규소 함유의 산화물 촉매 존재 하에 기체 상에서 분자 간 탈수 반응을 시킴으로써 하기 화학식(3)을 수득하기 위해 사용되는 촉매:
    〔상기 식 중에서, Z1및 Z2은 각기 독립적으로 유기 잔기이고, 서로 결합하여 환을 형성할 수 있고, R은 수소 원자 또는 치환체(들)을 가질 수 있는 1 내지 6의 탄소수를 갖는 탄화수소기이다〕.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 하기 화학식(8)로 나타내는 산화물인 촉매:
    MaSibXcOd(8)
    〔상기 식 중에서, M은 알칼리 금속 원소 및 알칼리 토금속 원소에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고; Si는 규소이며; X는 B, A1 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고; 0는 산소이며; a=1일때, b는 1-500이고, c가 0-1이며, d는 a,b 및 c값과 각 구성 원소의 결합 상태에 의해 결정되는 조건 하에서, a, b, c 및 d는 각기 M, Si, X 및 0의 원자 번호이다〕.
