Abstract

본 발명은 글라스화이버의 장섬유를 휄트화하여 건재용강판에 접착시킨 불연재 단열강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 글라스화이버가 불연과 단연 및 결로방지 및 흡음등 탁월한 효능이 있음에도 이를 강판에 부착하여 사용치 못하는 것은 글라스화이버의 특성이 결집시키기가 어렵고 가루가 비산이 되어 피부에 자극을 주기 때문에 사용에 곤란한 점이 있었고 이를 강판에 접착시키기가 불가능하였던 것이며 접착시켰을 경우에도 쉽게 틋어지기 때문에 건축용의 단열강판으로 사용하기가 부적합하였던 것을 부직포를 이용하여 재봉에 의하여 재봉함으로서 결집을 시켰고 비산되는 것을 방지하기 위하여는 부직포의 상면에 접착층을 도포시킴으로서 비산을 방시지켰고 동시에 글라스화이버에 별도의 층을 형성시킴으로서 부직포에 의한 접착제가 접착을 유도할 수 있는 것이어서 비산방지는 물론 결집의 탁월한 효과를 얻을 수 있게 되고 강판에의 접착력을 증진시킨 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 글라스화이버(1)의 상면 또는 상ㆍ하면으로 부직포(2)가 위치된 상태에서 재봉수단(3)에 의하여 꿰매어져서 매트(4)화되고 이를 단열강판(5)에 열경화성수지(6)에 의하여 접착되어지고 접착된 매트(4)의 표면으로는 열경화성수지(6′)로 도포되는 단열강판.
  2. 부직표를 글사스화이버의 상면이나, 상ㆍ하면에 위치시키면서 재봉에 의하여 궤매어 매트화하는 제1공정과 이를 롤에 의하여 맞물리면서 열경화성수지로 접착되는 제2공정과 접착된 것을 열을 가함으로서 열경화수지가 분자활동을 끝마치도록 하여 차후에 발생되는 열에 의하여 다시 분자활동이 이루어지지 않도록 되는 제3공정과 이와 같이 단열강판에 접착된 것을 매트의 표면으로 열경화성수지를 코팅하여 글라스화이버가 비산되는 것을 방지하는 제4공정과 이와 같이 코팅된 열경화성수지를 다시 열처리에 의하여 분자활동을 끝마치도록 하는 제5공정으로 이루어지는 단열강판의 제조방법.
