Abstract

본 발명은 건축용 단열재에 관한 것으로, 특히 글라스울(glass wool) 단열재에 관한 것이다.
다수의 박판상의 그라스울을 수직상으로 적층 형성시키며, 이의 표면을 부직포등으로 카바마감하여 보드화시키므로서 분진발생을 제거하며, 휘어짐, 처짐이 방지되며, 연속생상 및 긴자재로 생산이 가능하게 되며, 취급 및 설치가 용이하게 되며, 나아가 제품의 고급화를 실현시키게 한 것을 특징으로 하며, 또한 부직포를 사용한 마감처리대신 그라스울 표면을 열증압착방식으로 경화시키게 함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 그라스울을 사용한 단열판넬제조에 있어서, 다수의 박판상의 그라스울을 수직상으로 세워서 적층 형성시키며, 이의 표면에 접착층을 형성시켜 난연제인 부직포를 부착 마감처리하여 보드화되게 함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 단열재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수직적층형성된 그라스울 표면을 열중착시켜 경화층의 표면을 형성되게 함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 단열재.
